We originally had our roof re-shingled by Done Right back in March of 2007. The guys were great, got the job done efficiently, and cleaned everything up afterwards. They called the next day to confirm that we were happy with the work.
We've had two minor issues since then, nothing to do with installation, just some severe storm damage. Both times I called to report it in the evening, well after regular business hours, and they had someone out the very next morning to inspect and repair any damage.
They don't just come and bang it back together, they fix the problem and do a full inspection to see if there are any other problem spots, or any potential for problems in the future.
I'm totally satisfied with this company and would recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a roofing contractor.
