Done Right Roofing & Sheet Metal

We dealt with this company 18 yrs ago and on a few occasions we had called to say a few shingles had blown off. They were right at it checking and adding the shingles where needed. The skylight leaked with the previous contractor when Done Right replace that roof it never leaked again.
2024 It was time for a new roof, so happy they are still in business. They know their business and are able to update you and answer any questions. The crew came and did a professional job, all were polite and cleaned up the yard. They spray painted the flashing a darker colour then was there before and came back and painted it to my choice of colour. Kevin always was right there to answer and response to the calls, texts or emails. Thank you Kevin and crew for a job well done.

Asked for a new roof quotation online - Kevin was in touch with me the next day and we set up a day to come by for the assessment, shingle choices and quotation. We agreed to go ahead that day. This is the second roof we have had installed on this home that we have owned for 30 years. The first roof was also installed by Done Right Roofing 20+ years ago. It was great to know that they were still in business and under the same name. We got a window of nice weather and they were here within days of ordering and had the old roof off and the new one installed over two long days. These guys were here at 7am and worked till the sun went down. This crew knows their business and have been part of Kevin's crew for years. Speaks volumes when you have repeat / satisfied customers and a crew that stays with you. Kevin and his crew did a great job and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a new roof.

The process was simple, went over the options. The price was competitive versus what we were quoted from other companies. The crew that showed up were friendly and efficient. I have already recommended the company a couple times for those needing roof work done.

We had water seeping through our living room ceiling after a major storm and approached a well-known local Building Contractor to ascertain the problem. He recommended Done Right Roofing but cautioned that the roof needed to get replaced soon or we'd have to remove the ceiling from the living room floor. We called Done Right Roofing that day. Kevin was here the next day to inspect the roof and give me a quote. I asked for the leaf guards for the gutters and special roof attic vents. I gave him the go-ahead, the next day a bin, roof shingles, vents, and all the necessary materials were delivered to my driveway next to the house. Roof was stripped by mid-morning and all the work was done in a (long) day. They went around the house with a magnet nail detector and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. The roof looks great and even has a replacement guarantee (included in the quote). We have a large dog that we introduced to the many workers (they had a large crew), and everyone loved our dog, and he enjoyed watching them.

Kevin and his team were extremely professional throughout the process. We had many quotes and Done right offered the best total offering. They werent the cheapest, but were extremely fair.

They cleaned up after themselves, and the work was done start to finish in the same day.

After much miscommunication in regards to the correct information we were given on the renovation of this house we purchased in 2016, our roof has had issues due to leaking almost from the get go. We were extremely frustrated as we were told the renovator had paid a certain price for the roof (deceitful information provided by both Realtor and renovator). However, when we reached out to Charmaine at Done Right Roofing, expressing our concern, she was very understanding, and patient after expressing our frustration. She also made some good recommendations. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She is making every attempt to send out a crew to take a look at our problem within the next week. I would recommend getting at least a quote from Done Right Roofing. They are well known in the area. Thank you Charmaine.

They came today and fixed everything. Thank you Done Right Roofing. You really stood up to your promise. You are in my good books. Lesson learned. Make sure you know exactly what your renovator paid for in a new roof. Not the company's fault. For that I am sincerely sorry. Thank you Dan for following through. Let's hope we got this right!!!

We had our roof done by this company almost 10 years ago. Like many who have posted, we have had nothing but issues (shingles constantly coming off). At least 6 times we had to have them replaced. Nobody else on my street ever has the same problems. The roofer I've been using to do the repairs says it has nothing to do with the shingle itself (re Done Rights cliam the shingles were faulty). They were not installed properly. Nailed in the wrong places and the glue strip protection that is supposed to be peeled off during installation wasn't. Can't recall a worse contractor to deal with for after sale issues. I'm nervously wating for tomoorows expected wind storm to see what happens this time.

Done right roofing went above and beyond for us.
WE got our roof installed a few weeks ago.
5 days later we had water damage on our ceiling.
We thought it was something they did because it rained that night.
Kevin had a crew come out right away.
One of the guys went in to our attic to have a look.
it was like 120 degrees up there The guy spent 30 mins looking around.
Then the guys went on the roof resealed all the vents they installed.
Turns out we had a plumbing issue.
WE are so sorry for having the guys go through that.
Roof looks great.

We have just completed the second of three custom homes in Milton using Done Rite Roofing. The roofing system required 3 differant types of roofs including shingles, torch on and architectural Steele roof all completed to a high lever of expertise required for our project.
