I needed help with connecting a new waterline that I had run from my refrigerator to the plumbing under my kitchen sink. I found Stephen by searching the positive reviews on this site and contacted him on the Saturday of a long weekend. Stephen was very quick to respond and provided me with a quote by email. He was able to come to my home on the Tuesday after the long weekend. Stephen showed up promptly at the promised time, explained what he would do and made the connection I asked him to do. Everything was completed quickly, and with no mess. I would definitely recommend Stephen for your plumbing needs.

I called Hossein after reading the positive reviews on here. He was very response, explained everything over the phone and his prices were very good. We agreed on the work to be completed and booked an appointment for this morning. Hossein and his crew arrived promptly at 8am just as he had committed to when we booked. He went through the various lighting options/colours with me and explained how each would look. The crew was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and planned everything out, and got my buy in before starting the work. Within 2.5-3 hours, they had installed 27 pot lights throughout my home along with 3 dimmer switches! They took the time and cleaned everything up after they finished. Im extremely happy with the end result, so much so that they will be returning in November to install another 18-20 potlights! If you are looking for potlights to be installed, these are definitely your guys! Give them a call. Thanks again, Hossein! You and your team were great and looking forward to finishing the rest of the house off in November!

Called Rick about my dryer which had stopped heating. He was able to come out the next day and arrived on time. He was very polite and professional, made the required repairs and took the time to thoroughly clean and vacuum the lint from inside dryer. He made recommendations about maintenance to ensure my dryer lasts as long as possible. I will definitely use Rick again for any appliance repairs I may need.

When my air conditioning went I decided to give Convertible a call having never heard of them but reading very good reviews. First contact was with Marnie who I found to be very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all of my questions over the phone. We arranged to have her come to my home to confirm the estimate she had provided when we first spoke. Marnie arrived when she said she would, and once again spent the time explaining various details of the equipment and the install and answering all of my questions. She left me some material when I told her I would like to research the equipment before committing. Marnie was not pushy at all and encouraged me to take the time to read up on her company and the various air conditioners. The next day I booked the install. On the agreed upon day, Roop was the installer who came to my home on time and I also found him to be very know knowledgable and professional. He was alone and finished the work in approx 4 hours and also took time to answer all of my questions and show me the finished product once complete. I can honestly say that Convertibe has a new customer for all of my HVAC needs going forward. The only one thing that I was a bit surprised by was that they left all of the garbage with me to dispose of. I thought they would take it all away when they left, but I was left with a box of sheet metal, old cooper pipe, cardboard from the AC box, a wooden skid and various other things. Not a big deal but first time I've experienced something like this after purchasing something and having it installed. Thank you Marnie and Roop. Look forward to doing business again.

Contacted Wayne after finding his website and reading all of the positive reviews. I was pleasantly surprised that Wayne responded to my inquiry within 10 minutes of me sending an email on a Monday night. I wasn't expecting any sort of response until at least the next day. Wayne and I made arrangements for him to come by on the Thursday evening and Wayne committed to contacting me Thursday during the day to nail down a time. Wayne followed through and contacted me around noon Thursday and let me know he'd be over between 5 and 530. Wayne arrived right on time at 5pm sharp. Wayne was very personable, professional and spent time explains what he would be doing and ensuring I was okay with the placement of the TV and mount. Once he had mounted the TV he also took the time to ensure the cables were hidden nicely and also showed me the proper way for crimping cable. Wayne cleaned up the work area when he finished and you would never know anyone had been here except for the masterpiece now on the wall. I was extremely impressed with his workmanship and have already made arrangements for Wayne to come back in July to mount my 70" TV in the basement. Thanks again Wayne for the great job you did. I'm loving the new set up!
