Purchased sofabed, dining room table and chair set. Everything was delivered on time, set up and cleaned up. The delivery crew worked very hard getting the sofabed into a room with a small doorway, no damage, no complaints - they were excellent and we couldn't be more pleased.

Water damage & mold - repair bathroom and below walls & ceiling.
Plumber called in Restoration1 who came over quickly and assisted first in stopping the leak. Insurance company also brought in their own company who had a bid considerably lower but it was lacking some items and unrealistic on others. Reviews here sent us to Renovation1 and we were happy to pay a bit more for excellent quality work. Remember - the insurance co. should pay the lower bid amount to anyone you choose and you just pay the difference to get good work done in a timely manner. Be prepared to challenge unrealistic bids by insurance company favorites.

Kenny Kim Landscaping is very reliable and the work is always done quite well, grass cut and trimmed and cleaned up. Have used for several years now, recommended by neighbor who was also satisfied. Also use them for snow removal in the winter time.
Friendly and competent - solved issues with washer and explained everything for a very reasonable price. They came the same day I called and I was very pleased with every aspect.

Paid $2500.00 deposit and nothing happened - just excuses. Calls during business hours were not returned most of the time and when I actually got someone on the phone the promised return call with answers never happened. Glad I paid by credit card - made claim and got refund.
The home inspector we hired when we bought must not have been able to recognize indoor tile when he saw it - on the porch outside. It fell apart over the winter so we had Heritage put on square cut flagstone. It looks wonderful and the job was done perfectly and with no mess left behind. Thanks to Jerry & his crew.
Renovation of lower level garage area into finished room.
We explained what we wanted and were also given some good suggestions and advice. We received an estimate that was very fair for the large amount of work that was to be done and the price was firm, no fudging and no excuses for pumping up the cost. He was dedicated to our project working every day all day and completing the job on time. We are most satisfied with the quality of his work, nicely finished. Highly recommended.
