This is the 2nd major construction project that Leo has done for us, and as previous - Leo is incredible. He arrives on time, every day, is 100% dedicate to our project, ensures every detail, no matter how minute is tended to, and is all around just a phenomenal person to work with.; Leo is smart, creative, funny and STRONG. Our house is beautiful - Leo truly outdid himself.

We explained what we wanted and were also given some good suggestions and advice. We received an estimate that was very fair for the large amount of work that was to be done and the price was firm, no fudging and no excuses for pumping up the cost. He was dedicated to our project working every day all day and completing the job on time. We are most satisfied with the quality of his work, nicely finished. Highly recommended.

Leo did our 2nd story addition as his first job for us. He had very good ideas, provided a detailed quote which he abided by, started the work on time, and completed the job promptly. We never had to ask where he was, he was on site every day until the project was completed.
He were so pleased we used Leo again for our kitchen reno. The results were the same and we are very pleased with our new kitchen.
We have no hesitation in recommending Leo.

Almost 5 years ago we hired Leo to do a 12x24 foot 2-storey addition to our house which became a kitchen/family room. He did a remarkable job, finished on time and on budget. We have since used him a numerous times for larger jobs like finishing our basement and creating a master ensuite and odd jobs like replacing windows and waterproofing our foundation.

Leo is a rare blend of being a visionary and an executer. From day 1 when we met for quotes, Leo got into our heads and understood our vision. Not only did he execute seamlessly, the end product was better than we imagined.

All deadlines were met and the work was completed in a highly satisfactory manner. This addition has enhanced our home and we spend most of our waking hours there! We would recommend Leo for any renovation work, also for his good nature and care taken in explaining the steps he took along the way.

I also want to add my own words of thanks to my husband's-you did an extraordinary job on our garage and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result. When the permit people where there to inspect they even remarked on the quality of your workmanship-now that is high praise indeed.Thank you! Knowing the horror stories that seem to be more the norm than exception when one moves forward with any kind of construction/building plans-it was such a relief knowing we were dealing with the best of the best-thank you for making the process so easy and stress free- you really are a master!!
