Craig Chris and Sarah were excellent!!! I am LOVING how my old house (c.1939) has been updated so beautifully! I cannot believe what a difference new windows make! I can SEE outside, and the amount of sunlight that comes in now is just beautiful! I love that all the styles chosen don't change the look of my house, they just updated it! SO SO HAPPY! I especially like how Craig suggested some very cost effective options and always had my best interests front of mind when discussing my needs with manufacturers (lots of custom work needed to be done!) And my new roof, fascias and soffits are just gorgeous! I never thought that a new roof etc would make such a difference on the look of my house. It looks like a million bucks now!!!

I cannot even begin to tell everyone what an excellent experience I had with Shed In A Day! From being able to 'design' my shed on their website, to their excellent communication (Thanks Bruce and Andrew!) to the supurb build team that showed up on time and ready to work - and super nice to boot (Thanks Jacob and Marco!) - every single interaction I have had with these guys has been top notch...not to mention the GORGEOUS garden shed I now have in my back yard - custom built to MY specifications in a matter of hours for about the same cost that some ready made shed would have been at the big hardware stores...I just LOVE it! Although they also have the option to include shed painting, I decided to paint the shed myself - they were even awesome at recommending what type of paint to get! I am SO happy!

It has been a pleasure dealing with Great Northern Insulation - from the quote, to the scheduling, to accounts, to the crew that showed up - great job everyone!!! I am very pleased with the results of having spray insulation done in my attic, basement, and underneath my back porch! I think I will be very warm and toasty this winter!!!

You may want to consider a different company - in Kitchener at least. First, the positive: The crew that (finally) came to work on the large residential tree removal job was REALLY great! Jason Dylan and Marcus were hard working and very nice to deal with. I'm really happy with their work!!! Unfourtunately, dealing with this company has been nothing but hassles from the word go. A day after I received the quote in early April, I called to give the go ahead. They could not give me a date, but I pressed for a time frame because I have multiple other projects that need to happen *after* these trees were removed. This was a fairly substantial residential job. I was told that the crew would be sent within two weeks. Well, two weeks came and went, and no one came. I called again and was told (by the same person who took my initial call) that I had called and put a 'hold' on the job - which I never did, I had only called to give the go ahead, why would I call to put a hold on a job that didn't exist yet? In any case, they had the local office call me, and finally the following crew was dispatched on the following Tuesday. They came on time (had to wait out some rain) but worked for 2 days straight to cut down and remove a few smaller trees, then cut down a very large tree - and they took about 2/3 of the wood with them when they left, assuring me that someone would be by soon to pick up the remaining wood (which was sat on the concrete pad where my shed was soon to be built). Here we are, a full month later and the wood was literally just removed from my property (half of the remaining wood was taken two days ago, with the last batch removed today), but the only thing that sparked this was my call back to head office - they had sent me a bill for the services, but I declined to pay until the job was completed. Technically the job was not completed, because they are supposed to grind out the stumps - which I was told would happen (within two weeks) two weeks ago....stumps are still there, but they haven't charged me for them yet. I'm not holding my breath. I am going to proceed with having my shed built, and fences put in, and if the stumps are still there after all of that work, well then I will award that part to a different company to handle. I just can't believe how long it took to get them to come, and the general lack of concern at getting this job done. I'm sure other tree removal services would provide much better customer service (with scheduling!!).

I was getting very frustrated with the whole quoting process for a new furnace and air conditioning unit - basically no one talked to me about the actual furnace options I had - just a whole lot of 'sales' talk (one guy only talked about wi-fi thermostats) it was extremely hard to compare quotes because I had no idea what was actually being quoted...and then I invited Delta Air Systems to come and quote - and I am SO happy I did. Spencer Padfield arrived and talked to me about FURNACES (andaAir conditioning units!). He explained the difference between the types of furnaces and the manufacturers his company represented. He left me with multiple brochures (! not one of the other sales reps left even one single brochure!) and promised to be in touch shortly with the quotes...I only expected to be emailed a couple of options, but Spencer came back and personally delieverd the quotes - for SEVERAL options (or maybe ALL the options? I don't knwo, there were so many!)!!!! Armed with ALL the information I could possibly ever need to make an informed decision and their prices were pretty much in line with the previous quotes I had received (I could compare the model names and numbers on some of them to the brochures and information Spencer had left for me) - I was 100% confident with my choice of going with Delta. After confirming my choice (with absolutely no pressure from Spencer!) Tammy called to schedule an appointment...I was pleased to have been given some different options for scheduling! And then the lovely crew (Steve, Shawn, and Colin) showed up - on time! They were very cordial, introducing themselves etc. I even felt comfortable leaving them alone in my home while I stepped out for a few meetings in the afternoon. They worked hard and did the install in one day! Everything was cleaned up and other than my new furnace and a/c unit - you'd never even know they had been there! It's been a full week of crazy weather - so I got to test out both the new furnace and a/c and they work like a charm! I'm so very pleased with the whole experience!!! Spencer even followed up to make sure everything was going alright!!! If you're looking for a new furnace and/or A/C - I'm telling you, call Delta Air Systems!!!

Right from the start I knew this company was going to be great to deal with when Mike in service was so extremely helpful as soon as I explained my dilemma- I was having a real emergency issue - my furnace stopped working less than 12 hours before I was leaving for a 2 week trip out of country! Dave came over shortly thereafter - got it to work again temporarily (new part needed to be ordered) and it was perfectly ok for 2 weeks for my housesitter. Then as soon as I got back, Dave came by again to replace the part. Easy! I highly recommend these guys and will be using them come spring to install my new A/C unit (and perhaps replace my sort of old furnace!)

Mark just finished a job at my home. This included an extensive 'to do' list of repairs and painting to help me get ready to sell. Not only was everything done extremely well and quickly, it was done with a smile! I would highly recommend Mark any day of the week!!!
