I recently moved into a new home and needed to have the ducts cleaned throughout the house. I was referred to Flothru Duct Cleaning by HomeStars. I would highly recommend this company if you are in need of having your ducts cleaned. The price was very reasonable, and the services provided were very professional. They explained the process and there were no hidden cost and what I was quoted overall very satisfied with the services provided.

I would not recommend this Company. The Serviceman came out to repair a small plastic clip that had broke. He wanted to charge me $270 for the repair. He wanted $170 for the plastic piece that I was able to buy elsewhere for only $53 and wanted to charge me $100 for 1 hour of labour. I was told that the labour charge included the service man waiting at my house for half an hour after the job was done to make sure it worked. It only took me 5 minutes to install the piece. I ended up having to pay $80 for a service call for nothing.

This was my first time using Reliance Home Comfort. I was very pleased by the friendly service provided by Joe who came to service the air conditioner and furnace. I will use Reliance Home Comfort again in the future and would recommend them to my friends!
