We bought a new Napoleon BBQ from Classic in April and had an issue with the back sizzle burner from the beginning. Spent a lot of time with Napoleon in Barrie, as well as the tech from Classic.and were told 'live with it, there's nothing wrong' Went out to Classic and explained our problem to Edward - WOW, he works part time and said he'd follow up - he DID follow up and actually spent time on his day off - within a day, a tech came and guess what, thanks to Edward and John our rear burner is working properly - Thank you Edward, it was a pleasure working with you and Classic Fireplace is lucky to have a TRUE customer focused employee!!! We recommend Classic Fireplace 100%
