Great company who were able to help me out in short order. I called Scott looking for advice on testing options for my rental property. Scott walked me through the different types of testing and pros/cons, and did not try and upsell in any way. The team arrived within a couple days of the request and I had a report in my hand that night. Highly recommend Eco Abate for your asbestos/mould testing needs.

We've been using Sugar Tree Cleaning for a few months and very impressed by the results. Our home looking amazing once they're done, and the attention to detail is outstanding! The fact they use environmentally friendly products which are free of harsh chemicals is important, as we have a curious pup in our home. I'd recommend Sugar Tree to anyone.

Prompt and outstanding service from start to finish. The booking process was very easy and Maria was excellent at getting things moving. They coordinated inspection with the tenants directly (which was very affordable) and then I had a follow-up call with the plumber on repair options. In total replacement was done within a couple of hours. Highly recommend!

Buyer Beware!! I used a Groupon to have Fresh Air Furnaces come in and clean my furnace & vents. The techs who arrived immediately tried forcing additional costs/upgrades down my throat (extra vents/high efficiency) and were more interested in maximizing their charge than getting the job done. As soon as they left, my condensate pump started vibrating & running extremely loud. I called and spoke to Alex, who told me the pump was incorrectly mounted and to 'stick a piece of paper' in between the pump and furnace to fix. I asked if they could send someone or if I needed to find someone else, and his response was "we could help, or you could probably go elsewhere". I wanted these guys to fix it given the problem started once they worked on the system. Alex became extremely defensive and hung up on me! Lesson Learned - Groupons may seem cheap, but there are added costs that you need to be aware of in the fine print, and expect these guys to force additional costs down your throat. Next time I would gladly pay extra for better quality of service (and friendlier staff).
