This is the second time that I've booked Mansa Movers. They were on time, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Dwight is consistently great for bookings and customer support and the moving team was Cedrick, Miguel and Kofi who were equally wonderful. Hopefully I don't have to move again but if I do, I would not hesitate to book with Mansa Movers.

Moving is never fun, but the Mansa Movers team made it easier. Dwight answered all of my questions and was incredibly responsive. Their prices were competitive. The moving team was friendly and careful with all of the pieces as well as the house as a whole. I would not hesitate to reach out to them again for future moves!

I was in a pinch looking for a contractor to take on a very small piece of work. I reached out to about 10 companies and Jared was the only one to respond which was wonderful because he was straightforward and quick with his quote, he was able to get the work done well and in a timely manner. The entire experience was great from start to finish. I will definitely be reaching out to him for future jobs.

We called SWAT on a Thursday afternoon and they were able to send Brian out first thing on Friday morning to investigate birds in the dryer vent. He was on time, polite, respectful of distancing, and efficient in identifying the issue and giving me options on how to address it. Moreover, the service call took less than an hour which was great for my schedule. I would highly recommend both Brian and SWAT Wildlife!

My husband and I are return customers of Raul and Juan, and for good reason! They painted my new home about 3 years ago and did a fantastic job. They were well priced, polite, fast, and very neat with their work. This time, I am happy to report much of the same. Raul was able to suggest paint colours that would cover up imperfections in the wall (renters decided to paint walls dark blue and black) which turned out beautifully. They also did extra work on the interior of some closets which had layers and layers of old cracking wallpaper. The closets look brand new now, and the whole house has received a face lift. We are already planning to call Lince's Painting for future internal and external painting jobs, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a painting professional. Thank you Raul and Juan for another job expertly done!

Called Advanced Plumbing to fix a flooded basement last August and was very satisfied with their fast and pleasant customer service from start to finish. This time around we did not hesitate to call them and once again, their customer service was flawless. They were quick to respond to the emergency, patient in explaining the issue, and were consistently pleasant to deal with in an otherwise stressful time. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I trust their workmanship and they will be the first ones I call for future plumbing needs. Thanks to Greg, Andrei and the Advanced Plumbing team for a job well done!

On a Thursday afternoon, our tenant made us aware that there was sewage back up and flooding in the basement. Greg from Advanced Plumbing was the first to respond to my service request (within the next minute!) and was able to arrange a plumber to make it out on Friday and proposed work start on Monday once the parts were ordered. Lucky for my tenants and I, Greg went the extra mile to find a pump on Saturday and have the work done by lunchtime! I only have good things to say about Advanced Plumbing. They were incredibly fast and responsive, went above and beyond to get the job done quickly and kept us informed every step of the way. I will definitely be going to them first the next time I have a plumbing issue. Thank you, Advanced Plumbing!

We hired Mike to clean a property we had just moved out of to prepare it to be rented. He arrived with Ann and Ari, and 7 hours later, the house was almost spotless. They cleaned all three levels including the fridge, oven, behind both of those appliances, windows, bathroom, and even places that I wouldn't think to look such as the window tracks and the dryer's lint trap. We asked them to ensure that the basement bathroom was given extra attention, and I am glad to say that they left it looking like new. They did a really great job and we are very happy with the results.

After hearing from multiple handymen that our job was too small for them to take, we stumbled upon Glen and Mark and I am happy that we did. They fixed drywall, patched holes, and fixed baseboards for us. They provided all the materials at a reasonable price. They were both friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I will definitely be using their services again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a capable, well - trained handyman. Awesome job.

I was looking for a move in cleaning service. Other quotes were very high (in the 600-700 range), and being short on cash, I went with the company who are offered the cheapest rate. Mistake. Sherry and her team were very pleasant and polite, and the cleaners arrived on time. It was downhill from there. The products they used left a cloudy film over everything. The house smelled of bleach, but nothing was really clean. Our bathtub still had stains, the toilet looked like they bypassed it completely, there were cobwebs on our ceilings, the fridge was still dirty... the list goes on. We had to clean the house ourselves after paying this company to do the work. The worst part was when Sherry called to follow up, I told her I was disappointed and instead of asking how she could remedy the situation or offering to come back, an apathetic excuse was made and left at that. I will not be recommending this company to anyone else, nor using their services again.

Moving is not a fun process. Moving when it's relentlessly snowing is a miserable process, but Dinko and his team made our move as seamless as it possibly could be. Before the move, Dinko gave us a very reasonable quote and was very pleasant to deal with, so we felt that we were in good hands right away. On the day of the move, Corey, Mark and Deep arrived 10 minutes early, and were pleasant, very fast, and most importantly, respectful of our things. Nothing was broken, no floors were scratched, no walls dented, and no nerves were frayed in the process. We requested that they try their best to stay on the runners (as our move day was very snowy and messy) and they did just that. All requests/questions we had were answered with a smile and thorough explanation. The best part about dealing with Augusta is that although Dinko's rate was the most reasonable, he pays his workers a better wage than other companies, the workers are clearly content with their employer and it shows on the way they interact with clients. I really have no complaints at all. These guys were awesome to work with from start to finish, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking to make a move. Two thumbs up!

Raul was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. He was able to visit us for a quote on short notice, come in with a better price than the 3 other painters we contacted (and without haggling) and was able to start work the very next day. He and his colleague Juan did an amazing job. They were punctual, polite, fast, and were able to address all of our concerns throughout the process. Better yet, when we were unhappy with the paint coverage upstairs, we called Raul, explained the situation and he was able to come back within the week to add on another coat. I will definitely recommend Lince's Painting to anyone looking for a great paint job at a great price. Raul has earned himself a repeat customer.

I called We Haul to get rid of household and yard junk left in and around my house by the previous owners. Marc's quote was by far the cheapest that I received and he was able to accommodate the additional items that I forgot to mention in the original estimate without raising the cost by much. He was very easy to get a hold of and both he and his team were very punctual, polite and easy to work with. They did a very thorough job and I will not hesitate to call them again if I need more junk to be removed.

Belyea Bros. was the third company we contacted to install central AC, but they should have been the first. The first company told us our house layout would mean an extra $1500 to install. The second company arrived on the morning of installation and left within the hour, claiming that the job simply could not be done. From the minute Belyea Bros came into the picture, we knew we were in good hands. They walked us through our options, explained how they would run the wiring and pipes, and assured us that they have worked in old houses like ours before, and that installation would not be a problem. Gio and Paul arrived on the morning of installation at 8:30am and stayed until after 4pm to get the job done. They were very friendly and professional, taking the time to explain their steps to us and answering our questions as they went along. They went above and beyond our expectations and knew exactly what needed to be done so that the AC would cool our entire house. Although Belyea Bros are not the cheapest option, we are so glad we paid for their expertise. Our house is comfortable, and we have peace of mind that the job was done right. I would highly recommend this company as well as Gio and Paul to anyone looking for AC/heating services.

My husband and I decided we needed to replace our downspouts and gutters when one of our downspouts rusted and fell off completely. We emailed Gary (after finding Century Aluminum on Homestars) who was very quick to respond and who was also very flexible in catering to our schedule. They also had the most reasonable pricing as compared to the 4 other estimates we had done. On the day of the workorder, the workers arrived early and were done in about 3 hours. They were very polite and took the time to explain all they did and answer all of my questions. The gutters look great and overall, my husband and I are happy with the experience we had from start to finish.
