It was a pleasure to hire Andrew. I had the complete side of my home property eroding and needed to be releveled with lots of soil, regraded and new sod. He did a great job! Andrew does great work, punctual, pleasant, and a definite hard worker. Highly recommend him and will definitely use him again!

I wish I had never used this company. A total waste of my dollars and time. You will also find this company under pestservices.ca. If a "technician" with only a pail of bait and absolutely nothing else (ladders, flashlights etc) to properly do the job is what you expect then this company is the one for you. If a "technician" that refuses to look into the ceiling, which you made accessible for him to see where the actual droppings are and the degree; and he states that his job is to only place bait around, then this company is the one for you. Shocking that a "technician" would arrive just to shove these bait stations wherever he could easily reach and not even want to pop his head in to look at anything until I demanded he look. My initial phone call also stated that I wasn’t sure if mice were only the problem….maybe squirrels….I had no idea but needed it checked. When I phoned Paul from Advantage to complain about the lack of real service I expected as per our initial phone conversation he responded they do not take care of squirrels anyway. I was also told that there would not be a company that did what I wanted. Wrong Paul. Customer satisfaction is not their motto; your cheque is all that matters to them. Terrible terrible company. I then found an amazing company that actually did everything I would have expected and then some. Totally solved the problem. Took several hours to search for openings and rectify. And charged less than what Advantage charged me. Paul, please do not retort to any of this as it would be false coming from you or anyone in your company. Ramona

I am so glad I found Joe and had him inspect for mice problems. This man is genuinely honest and considerate. He spent several hours finding the initial opening that the mice were entering from; did all he could to securely close opening and placed plenty of poison all around. Joe is very engaging and gladly shows and explains everything he finds and does. This was all after a few weeks earlier I hired a large company that charged more and did NOTHING but toss some poison around. The guy did not bring any other equipment to check for where the droppings were and only through my insistence did he pop his head into the ceiling (I removed a part of the drop ceiling) as he didn't care to look. He had no interest in exploring where the mice may be coming from etc. For this I paid even more than what Joe charged. Joe did everything I would expect to be done and then some. Great person! I would never hesitate to contact him! Thank you Joe! Ramona
