On the evening of November 11, 2014 my furnace quit working. I called the Reliance 24 hour emergency line and a technician (Lorne) got back to me quickly. When he came over he determined the computer board was faulty, but could not access a replacement until the next morning. He offered "loner" heaters but fortunately we had enough heaters to take care of the house overnight. He returned the next morning as promised with the replacement parts and had the furnace up and running by 9:30am,

When one of our old toilets began leaking, and my husband could not resolve the issue, we decided to look into upgrading 2 of our old toilets. First, we went to the showroom where Marleen explained the options that they had available. We chose the new toilets and they came in to install them within the week. The installer, Less, was very organized and took the time to explain things to my husband. We have been very pleased with our new thrones.

Great service! I 1st hired Dun Rite for snow removal, and now for lawn maintenance for my dad who is 90yrs and still "tries" taking care of things on his own. Dun Rite has not only shown respect to my dad, but is willing to work with us long distance to ensure things get done...and dad stays safe. Courteous, respectful, and reasonably priced! Highly recommend them!

Over the past 15 years we have used J Damer Windows & Doors for 2 major window replacements in our home. We wanted to create better air circulation and security, and the products that Glen helped us find have been excellent. About 3 years ago we had to request service for the opening/closing mechanism on 1 of the windows. Glen came out the next day, made the necessary adjustments and it has been working fine ever since.

Our furnace was making an unusual loud noise during the recent cold snap. An appointment was made and when the repairman (Lee) was delayed at another job he called to let me know and to check if it was still okay to come about a hour later (yes an actual call!). Wow...kudos for that consideration Lee! The prognosis was the bearings in motor were wearing out but should still last another year or so. Over the weekend we decided to be proactive and to have the motor replaced. Lee, (bless his heart) came once again and did as we asked plus check out a couple other things without complaint. Wonderful!
