Randy showed up at my door, early for the appt that we had scheduled, ready to go. He did a very thorough outdoor inspection of the roof & all around the house. He then went up into the attic and that's where we found the problem. He then offered different solutions for me which was appreciated. Overall I thought he was very informative. He knew exactly what to look for and what to do about my rodent issue. I would definitely use SWAT again should the need arise.

After the wind storm early last month, groups of shingles flew off my roof. After a little research on here, I sent out some requests. Caroline from A Smart Roof called back quickly & had someone available within hours to fix my roof. Al showed up, patched up all the damaged areas, finished quickly and left a neat job. He even came out another day, free of charge and gave me some advice on what I should do in the future with the roof. Unheard of customer service. These guys go above & beyond to help out their customers. I have already recommended them & will continue to use them for all my roofing jobs.

Woke up to a massive pool of water collecting underneath my furnace & found a leak in the air conditioning unit. Called Max and spoke to him immediately. He came the same day and fixed the problem. My air conditioner is back to running like new. This is the second time I've called Max & he's always prompt, courteous & efficient. Should another issue come up I won't hesitate to call Max again.

Found this company in the Durham Yellow Pages. We usually use this website to do research on companies before we call them for our house but this time we didn't and we're paying for it. We would have never called them had we seen the poor rating on here. (Red Flag) The tension on the spring needed to be adjusted as our door was not closing properly. Technician came out one morning after cancelling a booked appointment last minute the night before. (Red Flag) Adjusted the tension & was gone in under 30mins. 4 days later the door comes off the track while in use and the there is all of a sudden NO tension on this spring and the cables all come off. Over 24 hours after initially making them aware of this, they have still not sent someone out. Our door was jammed at an odd angle with the door half open and it's -10 outside. I really can't believe that after multiple phone calls today THEY STILL HAVE NOT SENT SOMEONE OUT. They are now trying to up-sell me to buy a new spring for $400??? I've been in this house for 3 years and I was the original owner. The door has NEVER fallen off the track. Don't waste your time with this company. There are plenty of other well reviewed companies on this website that you can call.
