I was not impressed by the service of this company. emails were supposed to be sent before coming out to complete a service but were not sent. we thought we would try out this company but will stick with a previous lawn care company in the future. We cancelled services but they came anyways and tried to charge for it after we had already cancelled. Maybe they are not as organized as they should be. Did not see a difference in our lawn at all. I would not recommend this company.

Great service and it is great that you can prepay for services at a lower rate. This way it is all set and I don't need to remember to book for services.

I would recommend NuVista Home Builders. The process with building a new home with NuVista was very smooth. The quality of the home was great and the service I received throughout the building process was fantastic. This was my first homebuilding experience and I am very glad it all went so smooth. I had geard a lot of horror stories with others building new homes but I am very glad I did not experience that with NuVista.

I was in between homes and used PODS for storage of my home items. This was very convenient as the POD was delivered right to my driveway. I loaded it up and the POD was picked up and kept at their storage facility until I was ready to have it delivered to my new address. This was so much more convenient than the traditional storage companies. Highly recommended.

We had new faux wood blinds installed in our home. The blinds were custom made for our windows and look great. The installation was very quick and time from start to finish of the whole process from initial consultation to final installation was quick. I would recommend this company for your window covering needs.

Prompt in calling us when we have set off the alarm in error which gives us peace of mind that if the alarm was not false that the service works. There were a couple of times that we were not asked our password which concerns me. I had mentioned this to the company and it has not happened since.

We were told that we would have aeration completed for our lawn early in the season but did not receive aeration until August. We had called a few times to ask and were told that it would be completed but they were backed up. I don't think this is an acceptable service time when we were told it would be completed in the Spring.

We have used Naiad for winterization blowout service for the past few years. I really like the reminder emails to set up a date well in advance so we don't have to worry about it. It's great that the schedule is adhered to and they show up when expected. Thanks Sharon for always being so friendly on the phone!
