Pesticon treated our porch ceiling 5 years ago for wasp nest. It was successful. Khayyam, who did the treatment advised me to caulk around ceiling of the porch after 6 months. I forgot to do that. Fast forward to 2020. I had to call Pesticon again immediately following discovery of wasps flying into the porch ceiling through gaps in mortar and ceiling panel. Told by dispatch that Khayyam would be coming 2 days later. He called ahead and then arrived on time. I showed him the issue, he immediately got down to business. About an hour after Khayyam left, dead wasps were laying on porch. Khayyam answered all my questions following treatment and gave me instructions on what to do if I see wasps flying in again, and if no sighting, to caulk the gaps after 6 months (and not to forget this time). Thanks for a great job. Khayyam was very professional and friendly too.

I usually get my windows cleaned by a group of university students every year. However, no one from this group contacted me this year, so I decided to skip the cleaning. Then along comes a rep from A+ Window Cleaning by the name of Martin. He gave me a quote and stated that garage door windows and exterior light fixtures (the glass part) was included in the price. Those 2 features won me over as they were never included by the students' group. Someone called a few days before to confirm/remind me of the cleaning. 2 guys came and did a good job. I checked each window immediately following the cleaning. I was pleased. Unfortunately, I missed the Living Room windows. When I checked them after the crew left, there 2 were streaks, but nothing major. I didn't give them 10/10 because Martin clearly told me that light fixtures were included, however, when I asked the cleaning guys, they told me it wasn't. My only disappointment.

I called Pesticon for help in removing a wasp's nest above our porch ceiling panels last year (August 6, 2014). I decided to delay writing this review until 1 year later so that I can see for myself whether Pesticon's service would be effective. I didn't want to write a glowing review of their service (which was great) immediately, only to revise it later. Well, it has been almost 1 year to the week when Khayyam came (on time as promised) to spray above the ceiling panel in the porch area. The wasps were entering and exiting through the gaps between the aluminum panel and brick mortar. Khayyam sprayed through the gaps. The wasps have not returned. I have glanced many times in the porch ceiling area when leaving/returning home, mowing the lawn, caring for plants, and watering the lawn. Nothing! Khayyam was quick, efficient, and gave me the necessary instructions on what to do following the spray. I would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

I had Metroair install CAC, Humidifier, Hepa Filter and ERV for our new home 6 years ago. I also have them do maintenance on the A/C and furnace (installed by builder) on an annual basis (missed 1 year). They are always on time (installation or maintenance), if any delay, they promptly call me to let me know. When they arrive, they always remove shoes or they have shoe covers. They leave the home immaculate after finishing their task. When they were installing A/C, we had no lawn, only mud. Yet, they never tracked any dirt into the home when they needed to get to basement and dining room (thermostat location). A/C brackets were rusty after a few months. They came and repainted. Again, they did a clean job. I have never had any trouble with the HVAC they installed in our home during our 6 years. Great job guys!

I thought we had a rat problem. It turns out we had a bat hiding between the stone brick and trim just below the roof. After reading many reviews on Homestars, I decided on SWAT. Derick came to my home on time. Since I left droppings in front of the porch, when I went out to meet him, he immediately verified that they were bat droppings. Derick explained that the stone brick and the trim just below roof created a gap where bats can hide. Before discussing options, he checked the attic to make sure no bats entered the interior. Then he laid out the options and made a suggestion as to the best course of action. He was very friendly, patiently answered all questions, and very professional. He did a clean and thorough job placing galvanized steel mesh in all the gaps. While doing this, he heard some noise and said the bat was in the gap at that moment. He made a one way door for the bat to leave but never return. He also placed wired mesh on 13 roof vents so bats will not be able to find any way into the attic (preventative action). After giving the go ahead, I was so fearful that Derick, while installing the mesh may do something to cause a leak. He assured me that he had a lot of experience working on the roof and I had nothing to worry about. The next day, we had a downpour in the evening. I went into the attic to check and there were no signs of leaking. Derick advised me to call them after the bat had left to close the one way door (this service was included in the original price). There were droppings the next morning, but no more after the second day. Instead of calling to close the door right away, I decided to wait until the fall, just to make sure. I called SWAT recently to request the closing of the one way door. Bruce came this time. Again, like Derick, he was very friendly, all smiles, answered all of my questions, and he was very professional. He did a great job closing up the door. He also removed 2 small wasps’ nests just above the second floor windows (very appreciative). I would not hesitate to call SWAT again if I have any more wildlife issues. Thanks guys for an awesome job!
