We live overseas and I got some photos from our tenant in Toronto with mold in the master bedroom walk in closet. I got really concerned cause that walk in closet share a wall with the bathroom and I thought that some water leakage from there may have caused the problem, expecting some high repair bill. I got in touch with Kay at The Mold Guy and she was able to accommodate me for a fast next day inspection too get to the root of the problem. I have completely relied on her to co-ordinate everything which she did in a timely manner, always keeping me updated on the works and responding immediately to any queries. They are professional, completely trustworthy and go above and beyond what is expected of them. It was a pleasure to deal with The Mold Guy and I would highly recommend this company. We had all our windows replaced by Windowtech during a 3 years span. Last 2 windows were installed 2 days ago. For all we choose brick to brick installation. From the beginning to end, Oleg Gladden our service consultant / installation manager, and Chris the installer were great. We spent a lot of time getting quotes from other companies, and although Windowtech was not the cheapest we found, we chose them, due to the quality of their products and the fact they seemed knowledgeable, skilled and honest. They were professional every step of the way. The rooms are much warmer, there are no more drafts and less noisy. We are so happy with our new windows. I would recommend Windowtech to anyone.

I had 2 windows replaced 2 years ago by Windowtech. This year, when the time came to have another 3 windows replaced, I didn't bother to look for quotes from another companies. I knew that in order to have the windows installed professionally and in the promised time frame I have to call Windowtech. I am so happy with my new windows. Chris the installer did a wonderful job, very professional. He took away the old windows, leaving the job site free of any debris resulted from replacement of the old windows (I had brick to brick installation that meant removing all the old wood frames). Everything is brand new and looks awesome. I had 2 living room windows replaced and also a small basement window. Recently we had Enercare to replace our very old furnace and water tank with a new system. We were impressed with our Enercare consultant Mirza Beg very knowledgeable guy, who recommended, taking in consideration the savings, the functionality and the rebates, to have installed a air handler and a tankless water heater as a replacement for our furnace and hot water tank. He knows the products and prioritizes clients so that everyone in need is cared for, he will make sure you will get looked after. On the day of installation, the installers Mike Menary and Gord White did a wonderful job for us, working hard to ensure that the installation is aesthetically pleasing and functioning perfectly.
