Earlier this year in Feb we had all our 13 windows and a patio door replaced by WindowTech. The job done by them is very satisfactory. It started with the visit of their sales rep Dmytro. Dmytro was very informative and particularly not pushy. He gave us very useful information about the windows and answered all our questions with patience. He was also very prompt in replying my text messages.
The installation team was also very expert and professional. They completed the job in a half day and very nicely.

We enlarged our basement window and were concerned with potential break-ins as we experienced this at our previous home. I did some research on HomeStars and came upon WindowTech. I called to set up an appt. for someone to come and provide a quote. Dymtro came out to provide the quote. He informed us that basement windows account for a very small percentage of the break-ins and that the front door/patio door were more vulnerable. We had no intention of doing either of these; however, after listening to Dymtro we agreed to include these in the quote. Dymtro saw the concern we had re the basement window and included it in the quote. Dymtro was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and not pushy at all.

During this appt. Dymtro noticed running shoes and we chatted about running and marathons. My son was home that day and this allowed him to be engaged in the conversation as well. We were impressed by Dymtro and decided to go with WindowTech without looking at other companies. Were not sure if we would have received a cheaper quote; however, it was Dymtro that sold us on going with WindowTech. He is a great representative for your company.

The installation team was just as friendly and courteous. Sorry I do not remember their names. They came and did the installation and provided some instructions for post-install.

We feel more comfortable in our home now. Thank you to the WindowTech Team. We would definitely recommend them.

Price and quality Always matter!
Alex gave me the confidence and knowledge I didn't have regarding where to even start purchasing new windows for my home .
He was very polite, easy to talk to and not pushing sales like other guys I ve talked with.
I ve lived in homes with the windows/doors that came from the builder. Now having my own new windows and doors that Alex and his company helped me to choose I see tremendously huge difference in Quality!
I love how my house now looking from the outside and the most important thing that its warm, secure and so cozy.
I loved it soo much that I ended up purchasing one more (big window) for the family room even though Alex honestly told that window is not necessary yet needed to be changed .
But after changing all my windows and see the difference i just had to get one more window. Only to discover this - window itself was alright , But who ever installed it was Not a professional/trained individual to do the job right. Water damage inside of the walls and a huge nest of ants right under the window casing.
So its very important and must to choose a company who stands by quality/high standards and Great installers.
If you are looking for that WindowTech will be my choice 100% . Worth it!

The team from WindowTech were professional and efficient from start to finish. The sales representative Dmytro was helpful, informative, accommodating and not pushy. He also provided good options for the design selection.
The installation team of Vlad, Alex, Jackson and Murman arrived on time on the day they promised and worked until well after dark each day to get the job done. They did an excellent job insulating and caulking all windows and doors. They were polite and thoughtful given the overall disruption caused by installing almost all windows and doors in a house. WindowTech was cost competative and I am impressed with the end result.

Dmytro helped bring my vision to life. He worked with me to find the perfect door to compliment my lovely home. I would strongly recommend his services. He is definitely all about the customer experience.

I recently had new windows installed in my home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. The team was punctual and took great care to ensure everything was done to the highest standard.

Our installer, Vladimir, was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to explain the installation process, answer all of our questions, and made sure that everything was installed perfectly. As well, he made sure to clean up our place very thoroughly after the installation.

We have already noticed the noise reduction since installing the windows. I would highly recommend this company.

WindowTech replaced my basement door. The other companies that came out pointed out that the door was sized improperly by the builder. The opening between the concrete walls is 38 inches, but a 32-inch door was installed and the outside was parked over with cement. This caused rotting over the years. The other companies recommended going with a 34 or 36-inch door. WindowTech came out and said they would fix the framing and install a 34-inch door at no additional cost. However, when the contract came in, it specified a 32-inch door. I called the sales rep, and he said not to worry; when the installer comes out to measure, if the opening is big enough for a 34-inch door, they would install a 34-inch door.

After the installer came to pre-measure, I spoke to WindowTech, and they confirmed that a 34-inch door would not be a problem. They were supposed to install it in 4 weeks, but I got a call saying the door was damaged in transit and had to be remade, causing a couple of weeks delay. Two weeks later, they called me and tried to push the installation out another six weeks. I was not happy with this, and they managed get the door 2 weeks later.

The 32-inch door was installed on May 29, 2024. The builder had used scrap pieces of 1 inch boards stacked to between the 2x4 framing and the door frame. Some of this was removed. I now have a less secure door, and the caulking has gaps in it.

I called WindowTech, and they were supposed to put in a service ticket to have this re-done. It has been 4 months, and I am still waiting for the service call.

Stay away from WindowTech. Get everything in writing.

We received a few estimates from different installers but we selected Window Tech because salesman came to the house very well prepared as well as brought models to show us and took the time to answer our questions, which was greatly appreciated. After we signed the contract, the windows were installed neatly and in a timely fashion. Our great experience from day one to the end we are very happy with work done by Windowtech professionals I would highly recommend Windowtech to our family and friends.
