Freddie is extremely personable and adamant with perfection. He responded to all of my messages in a timely manner and showed up at my home on time. He was very conscientious with covering my furniture and taking care with all of my possessions. I highly recommend him for any job you might have.

I pay $22.54 per month for the maintenance package. Boonstra technicians are always friendly and very thorough in their work. Today, Jeff, arrived in a timely fashion and discovered the problem with my furnace. Regular maintenance occurs every spring and fall to check both appliances. They contact me and make the appointment to fit my schedule. I wrote the above review after the initial visit but since then I revoke it all! Communication was despicable. The parts were available one week after the visit but it was in the warehouse. I do not know why it could not have been delivered to bc the technician but it was not.. the warehouse is not open on Saturday but on Friday I was told they would have a technician pick it up from the warehouse and come to my house on Saturday. On Saturday I got a call that the part was not available for my appointment. I asked to speak to a manager snd he called but ip yo now have not received a call back re an upcoming visit. Absolutely unacceptable!!!

Dmitry arrived when the office said he would. he was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He found the problem and ordered the back and returned in two days to complete the job. I am extremely happy with the service and the technician!

Adam and Steve were personable and professional throughout the entire process. They placed sheets on all floors from the doorway to installation site. They cleaned up all packaging and debris. Adam gave me instructions on how to use the remote control, cleaning the glass and changing batteries. Ryan, salesman, was knowledgable and helpful with the most appropriate selection for the size of my home and my budget. I highly recommend Appelny Systems! Thanks so much!

Daryl, technician #2109, arrived to replace my water heater. He explained in detail why it was set up the way it was and answered all of questions so that I would understand it. He was considerate, professional and extremely careful with my home. Also, he arrived when he said he would and left in the amount of time he had estimated! THANK YOU DARYL!

I was looking to replace my sliding door with one that had internal mini blinds. A friend recommended I call John Gainham from Clera windows and doors. We got together and I am so pleased , the door looks fabulous! John and his team did a terrific job and I will " play his name forward to all my friends."
