What a great job! We have had our Bin Solutions storage unit for 10 years or more and it has served us very well. We never have problems with critters --unlike so many of our neighbours!-- and it keeps everything neat and tidy as well. Recently, we had Zion come by to give our storage unit a bit of a refurbishment and adjust the alignment and what an amazing job--- the unit looks almost brand new! Thanks again Zion! You run a great company: you have wonderful products and excellent customer service.

I have been working with Cale on a regular basis for a few years now and he will continue to be my go to contractor. He does great work and is always easy to talk to. He cares about building long term relationships with clients. I own three houses (my own and 2 investment properties) and I can count on Cale to be informative and informed regardless of the size (big or small!) of the job.

For the second time I've had great service from Belyea brothers and their technician, Jon. The company is big enough to have personnel to respond late night in an emergency but small enough to give really care about their clients. This past week, Jon was quick to diagnose the issue with our furnace and prepared to make a repair on the spot. He was also professional and friendly while doing it.

Unbelievable. Purchased a fridge with the help of Angelo. Was totally clear that it needed to have a reversible door. When the fridge arrived the door was opposite to what we needed. Delivery guy hit us up for $50 to change the door (CRA take note: he'd waive the tax if we paid cash!). Of course he discovered -you guessed it- the door can't be switched on this model. So back in comes my old fridge and out goes the new one.... BUT Mr. $50 Cash dents my custom metal front door on the way out! He takes no responsibility --doesn't offer to pay for a repair or anything-- he does take a photo. For his own reference I guess. We do end up keeping the $50 cash. Meanwhile, Angelo is quite apologetic and assures me a new fridge with the correct door swing is on it's way immediately. Now it's 1 1/2 weeks later and I'm wondering where the new fridge is so I call. Angelo doesn't even remember me. And the fridge I need is apparently now back ordered. It will be another two weeks before they have it --and a few more days after that before it can be delivered. Forget it Angelo. I just want the $ back. I'm taking my business back to another store. It's worth the drive.

I'm very pleased with the job Cale did for us: His estimates for time and budget were perfect and the deck looks great. Cale had very good suggestions for the build but was also able to accomodate my preferences without hesitation. He's a nice guy to work with and left my property very tidy. Thanks Cale!

Very pleased with the work Jason and his crew did at my property. They got the work done on time and everyone Jason subcontracted to (siding, insulation and aluminum) was top notch. Steve, Jason's foreman, was easy to deal with, well informed and always aware of my needs as a landlord. The guys were polite to my tenants and left everything in great shape when they were done. I look forward to having a no-worries flat roof for years to come!

A big thanks to the staff of Northwood, especially Santo who supervised the installation of the new unit. He and his assistant had a tough job getting the unit into the yard --they had to bring it in over the garage! -- but they persevered and called in reinforcements. The next challenge was running the new hose/pipe through the ceiling: again they went the extra mile to avoid making unnecessary cuts in the drywall. It was a long day, but Santo and his assistant got the job done properly --and they left my yard tidier than they found it.
