Found a leak in our kitchen ceiling one morning, checked HomeStars for plumbers. ExpressRooter was the first we called at 820am and a service man was here by 11am that day. He was professional, friendly and thorough. Although he could not fix the leak from our shower drain into the ceiling, he provided us with a lot of information to have it fixed. Cost of $150 was reasonable for just an investigation but we were disappointed that he could not fix it for us.

I feel that the communication from our team about the day-to-day comings and goings of multiple people was less than adequate (as I'm a stay-at-home mom), and the details were often overlooked such as our kitchen counter cuts and the basement painting. I would use them again as I feel I have a better understanding of the company and we could work together better.

I also purchased the online deal for window and eaves cleaning and was happy with the job done at our house. it was noted upon the roof inspection that our chimney was in need of repair, as well as animal proofing the attic window. a no pressure quote was given to me and I also received a quote from another company which was almost twice the price! we went with At Eaves for the chimney repair, which was done on time, for a reasonable price, by friendly staff.

I received Jon's company info from a friend and he was very efficient and competitive with his pricing. He was able to have 2 of his crew start the very next week and that was important to me and my family with a baby in the house. They completed the work in 2 days, painting and patching nearly all of the walls in our old home. There are a few details missed such as taking wall sconces off the wall to paint instead of painting around them, but overall good work, friendly team.
