Contracted DWs services through HomeStars. Daniel came to conduct an ocular and provided a quote to replace 30+ year old fences. The quote was reasonable and a date was agreed on when work would start. Even though I had to leave on a trip prior to work starting, Daniel and David came on the date stated and started on the project. During the work process they ensured everything, ie sod, plantation, etc were removed from the site at the end of the day. The project was completed and we are very happy with the work!

Nick was very professional and courteous. He did his job very efficiently and explained what he was doing and made sure all my questions were answered before leaving. I would definitely recommend Mersey Heating for all ac and furnace needs! The price paid was for annual maintenance which includes AC.

Dropped by the Lowe's store in Maple, Ontario to looked at a fridge that I had seen in the company's flyers. The fridge that I wanted was not amongst the display on the floor. The salesperson was very helpful and "pulled out" the item online and explained all the features vis-a-vis other stocks on display. Service was efficient and courteous. On delivery date, the fridge was so big and would not fit the doorway into the kitchen, the delivery people (2 of them), patiently disassembled and re-assembled the fridge and was able to make it fit through and place it in its proper spot, nary a scratch and no complaints at all (considering it took more than 2 hours and I am sure it affected their other deliveries for that day).

Had some issues from water leaking into the basement (cold room) and decided to get some quotes from several companies to have the work done. As the cold room was right underneath the front porch, I decided to have the driveway and stonework done all around the house as well. Met with Tony and he guided me through the steps which Royal Stone would do, was a bit disappointed when he told me work will not start till October as they were very busy...explained my situation to him and he was able to accommodate my schedule and bumped me up (wink)....I am left speechless by the professionalism of the crew, they were at my doorstep every morning (from Tuesday to Friday) at 7:30 am and worked non-stop till past 6 pm. Work would have been completed sooner had it not rained on Tuesday but they were still able to complete the entire job in a very short period of time (and as promised). After the work was complete the crew made sure everything was done to my satisfaction before leaving and of course they took all the garbage and cleaned the premises (spotless). I will highly recommend Royal Stone to all my family and friends (as well as my neighbours). Thanks for a job well done...Tony, Ken, Pete, Ryan, Nick, Paul, Vince, Tom and all the rest of the team.

One of the worse decisions I have ever made was to approach Home Depot to have my kitchen renovated (cabinet resurfaced, backsplash and counter top). Home Depot does not follow up on the workmanship, their contractors don't return your calls and leave you hanging, had to go back to Home Depot to complain before they would call you back, ignored and were dishonest about the facts regarding workmanship and time tables. It took more than 4 months to get everything done, I had my whole house renovated - knock down and redid 4 bathrooms - took less than 3 weeks to complete, replaced all my windows (more than 20 pcs) and front door - took less than 3 days to get the work done, had the whole house repainted - took less than a week for work to be done, including removal of wall paper. Went into the store and the installation manager couldn't even find my contract in their system. Told them not to deposit the cheque until work is completed, totally ignored the request. Never again.

Went to Home Depot to have our kitchen renovated and cabinets refaced. TKR was their prescribed contractor. Initial discussions and measurements went well...after which everything started to go downhill. Prior to work starting we requested for a copy of the contract (details of work to be done) as per our discussion, this was never provided. Counter top was removed even before the replacement was measured, despite coming in and measuring the cabinets twice, TKR did not notice the old cabinets were the "framed" type...hinges used were not suitable to the frames (originals were fine but were worn out), we complained about it and were told there was nothing they could do. The whole project took more than 3 months and is still not complete (pending refund for a pull out garbage that was way below specs). They never call back when we leave messages on their voice mails, we had to go to Home Depot and complain before someone got back to us. The only saving grace was their subcontractors who did the counter top and backsplash. I will never use them or Home Depot again....would rather find a smaller company that pays attention to your needs. For those contemplating on going to Home Depot, make sure you don't pay them in advance and likewise ensure TKR gives you a detailed list of the work to be done. Overall, it was one of the worst deals and company that I have ever encountered.

Thank you Casper for a wonderful job. Replaced all my windows (more than 20++), 2 patio doors and main door within 3 days. Very reasonable price for good quality products. Service par excellence!!

To Ron, Aaron, Max, Andy and the rest of the crew, thank you very much for a job well done. The 4 bathrooms came out beautifully and as we had envisioned. Though there were some minor glitches you managed to resolve all the issues and finished the renovations in time for our move. Great Job!!!

Tia and Moe were tremendously helpful in making our dream bathroom projects a reality. We had just bought a house and needed to renovate 4 bathrooms and went to Kolani to look for bathroom fixtures. The prices were very competitive and reasonable and the service superb.

On behalf of our family, I would like to thank Renaissance Painters for a wonderful painting job. The attention to detail was immaculate, from the start of the contract process to the final touch-ups, Jason, Vaso, Nick, Julian, Fratmin and the rest of the crew made us feel comfortable and we knew we could rely on them for a good job. The price was not cheap but the job they did was certainly worth every penny paid. Great job guys! We will certainly recommend you to our friends.
