We hired Jason for the 2nd time to paint the kitchen in our new house white. Jason made big promises of how amazing it was going to look, “like a brand new kitchen - even better than the last one” but what we ended up with is boxes that don’t match the cupboard doors because they didn’t put on enough paint. The dark wood shoes through in a number of places. Similarly the doors show dark wood on the edges and you can see the scratches where they sanded. When I called Jason to come do one more coat he ignored me for several days, then finally had a call with myself and my husband where he said he couldn’t fix it because it would bankrupt his company, because his dad was in the hospital, and because I only paid for 3 coats (# of coats was never discussed). We are now left with a kitchen that doesn’t look good and Jason is not willing to fix it. I asked if he felt this reflected his quality of work and he said he “couldn’t tell from the pictures”. He called me “disingenuous” and hung up on me. I also posted my experience on google because Jason is such a great salesman but people should know he does not stand behind his work.

Very disappointed work quality and project completion. They were hired to re-paint a kitchen, including filling of handle holes and installation of new handles. The door re-installers were butchers who damaged the doors installing the new handles. They left the door interiors with huge splintered areas which if course showed when the cabinet doors were opened. To boot, they were quite unpleasant when being given professional guidance as to where to properly locate the handles so that each was consistent from door to door. The doors were subsequently removed to be re-painted and pleasantly reinstalled by Vlas. However the hole was drilled in the wrong location for one of the handles and he did not have the correct tool to fix this while there. He promised to come back to do so and did not. Calls to Jason and emails to Vlas have not been returned. As a result my clients (I'm the interior decorator) are left with one door handle which is unattached on one end and of course it's the cabinet door which is opened the most. Just because of this lack of professional care, I should add that Vlas' staff broke the glass top of my client's new stove. However they agreed to purchase it from her but that meant we had to go through the time and effort to purchase a replacement. A most disappointing end to what I felt might be a good professional contact.

They left my condo a complete mess. It was flooded. Puddles of water everywhere, unidentifiable clumps of gunk on the floor. One of my bath towels was in the middle of the mess as if they'd tried to clean up with it but gave up immediately.

I've now hired a renovator to repair the floor damage they caused.

I tried to call and email Jason for an explanation but he never got back to me.

Basically these guys trashed my condo and then disappeared.

Top quality work. The painters were very easy to work with. Clearly explained the process.

Jason is a good storyteller. What was promised is not what was delivered. We hired this company to redo a staircase. The job was not done professionally. When the awful result was pointed out, Jason said that it looked good to him. Very frustrating.

We urgently required some new bricks that we had installed at our house be tinted in time for us to put it on the market. Jason and his team went out of their way to accommodate our short timeline given their busy schedule. Their work was done flawlessly with great care and skill.

Cabinets gables and trim were repainted. Jason did an initial consult; recomended a colour and then Vaso had the doors removed and repainted with final touches done on site. Loved it. So effortlessly done, it goes to show how honest people that care about their work still exist in this business. I only have the highest recomendation for this crew

Jason was great on the phone, we had dealt with his right hand man Vaso, good guy,friendly and honest about the best way to do things, price was decent and we were lucky to get the job done as we were on a schedule.

Jason and Vaso were a pleasure to work with and made the whole experience very easy for us from start to finish.
The team had a great attention to detail and quality and were very flexible with our changing renovation plans.
We would definitely work with them again.
