The team showed up on time, they were polite and very respectful of my house. They took care in what they were doing, and worked as long as it took to get be the job done. I had some tricky spots, one I was not aware of. There were specific details that needed to happen carefully, Moe really went above my expectations. I was a little slow getting a bathroom vent ready before they arrived, Moe helped me instal it properly. Where many contractors will "yeah yeah yeah" through details Moe did them very very well. This is a company built it on work ethic and intergrity. I am confident in saying this is the right company for you.

I bought a couch, I paid for their solid gold warranty. The couch is nothing special buy ithe does have a warranty, I didn't realize that the warranty is just an automated answering machine that keeps apologizing for the delay and prompts you to leave a message and they will 'get back to you'. 18 minutes into my phone call I've had time to log in to homestars and share my experience. I should mention I've made this call before... no one answers or calls you back. I won't be going back to badboy again unless I need to use their washroom.

I had a leaking washing machine, I needed to have it fixed and wasn't too sure who to call. I have used home stars in the past to find quality driven and trustworthy contractors. Sam came to my house and diagnosed the problem, and arranged to come back for part installation. Sam was punctual and gave me a fair price, as well as some good advice.
