I've had multiple experiences working with Muhammad, due to a pest situation at work as well at 2 other pest issues at my parents' house. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable (he is an entomologist!), he is also thorough, patient, and kind. He is not someone who will come and just spray. He took his time inspecting, did not see an infestation and left traps to monitor the situation with other strategies recommended. This worked out really well and we were able to avoid unnecessary exposure to toxins. As for my parents' house, he has been very helpful and we are seeing improvements. Unlike other pest control companies I've worked with who comes and do their job and call it a day, Muhammad follows up with you to ensure the problem is eradicated. I cannot recommend this man enough and plan to use his services again if needed in the future!

We moved between condos in the same building. From start to the end, it was easy to arrange everything with Marian. They showed up a few minutes early and worked hard and systematically until the end. I was able to start unpacking while they were moving, which really made our move much easier! They took good care of our items and we will definitely recommend them to our friends!

Once I phoned WaterWorks, Mike came within one hour to assess the situation. He was always punctual, professional, and explained in the problem and process clearly. Natasha was always fast with communications and follow ups. This was initially a stressful situation, but Mike turned it around quickly! I would highly recommend WaterWorks to anyone!
