A windstorm ripped some of the fascia from our front gable. Philip responded to my message immediately and was able to give an accurate quote upon receipt of some photos. The crew was here on time (actually a little early) and worked quickly and efficiently. There was no mess and very little noise. The fascia matched perfectly and was screwed in place, unlike the nails used by the builder. I highly recommend PMT for their prompt, courteous service. So glad to find them here on HomeStars.

Shaun and his intern, Mike, carried out the routine maintenance on our furnace for Peel Heating. They were prompt, professional and very thorough in cleaning the unit, making adjustments, and replacing necessary filters. Shaun was excellent in explaining what he was doing and even fixed a problem caused by sloppy installation of the unit. (The furnace was NOT installed by Peel Heating.) We will continue to have Peel Heating service our furnace and air conditioning units for a smooth running future.

Finished Basements (ISM Renobuilders) was easy to work with and easily met expected deadlines. (In fact, they finished a couple of days early.) The project is well-detailed in written form prior to beginning the work. Having a design center is a huge benefit and prices for upgrades and options are reasonable. We were very pleased with the quality of work. There were a couple of minor issues to resolve after the work was complete, but these were addressed promptly. Any changes from the initial quoted price were easy to track. There were no surprises at the end. Feel free to ask the crew questions during the construction process. Andrew (the salesman) was responsive to any other questions we had. Mr. Igor was terrific, too. The crew was hard-working and cleaned up at the end of each day. Just a note to those who have not undergone renovations. (This is NOT a complaint!) Be prepared to deal with lots of noise and dust in other areas of the house. It is a given with this kind of project. Of course, the result is well worth it. The fact that Finished Basements completed the work ahead of time and on-budget makes it easy to recommend them.

John did an excellent job of removing an old utility sink and installing a new one in our laundry room. He was efficient, thorough, and friendly. The cabinet for the new sink was not as stable as he liked, so he took the time to secure it to the wall. Many others wouldn't have taken the time or made the effort to do so. When finished, John tested the system and made sure everything was cleaned-up. He is a true professional.

Moe and crew were terrific. They are thoughtful and friendly. The entire crew takes the time it needs to do the job right. We added 31 potlights, had 2 light fixtures installed, and an outlet for the TV in our great room. The kitchen project was a last-minute addition, but the crew stayed late to do the job. They cleaned up after all work and Moe called back to make sure we were satisfied. We will call them again for future work.

Rockstella worked closely with us to provide great value and proper installation of new quartz countertops and a quartz backsplash behind the stove. Natallia was great to work and stayed in communication throughout the process. Serge was on-time, efficient and professional. They are responsive and work to make sure the customer is satisfied.
