Finished Basements (ISM Renobuilders) was easy to work with and easily met expected deadlines. (In fact, they finished a couple of days early.) The project is well-detailed in written form prior to beginning the work. Having a design center is a huge benefit and prices for upgrades and options are reasonable.
We were very pleased with the quality of work. There were a couple of minor issues to resolve after the work was complete, but these were addressed promptly. Any changes from the initial quoted price were easy to track. There were no surprises at the end.
Feel free to ask the crew questions during the construction process. Andrew (the salesman) was responsive to any other questions we had. Mr. Igor was terrific, too. The crew was hard-working and cleaned up at the end of each day.
Just a note to those who have not undergone renovations. (This is NOT a complaint!) Be prepared to deal with lots of noise and dust in other areas of the house. It is a given with this kind of project. Of course, the result is well worth it. The fact that Finished Basements completed the work ahead of time and on-budget makes it easy to recommend them.
