I just wanted to let you know how our move went today. Your guys were fantastic. Nathan, Cory G.and Michael were spectacular. We knew that things might be tight on the truck given how much stuff we have, but somehow they managed to use every square inch and were able to get everything on. They arrived on time, worked as hard as could be asked and they couldn't have been more polite or friendly. We made sure they had cold water and we provided them some lunch. As our possessions are going into storage for at least 4 months it would be easy to be worried about outcomes. But given the level of service we received today we are confident things will be fine.

Our laundry tub was completely clogged and I found Drainworks via Homestars. While it wasn't an emergency we had someone here first thing this morning. Jim was great. Made sure he didn't bring any snow in with him and kept things completely clean and dry. It took him 2 or 3 runs at snaking the drain but he got it cleared out. I also called them as they support 2 of my primary charities. Sick Kids and Easter Seals. Thanks to William for getting back to us twice to confirm. Thanks to Jim for being on time and his professional work.

Floorama flooring was highly recommended to us, with good reason. Simon came to the house with more than enough samples and the selection process was easy. Mohammed and his team did an outstanding job with the installation. They showed up when they said they would and worked hard every day. They completed the job when promised and Simon followed up with us when they were done. There were a couple of small things that needed to be touched up and they were dealt with in a timely manner. The ability to essentially shop at home was really convenient. We are very satisfied customers.
