Service tech, Igor, was very professional and respectful Honest information: Igor didn't try to up-sell or advocate furnace replacement. Reasonable cost: cost information given up front, both when booking appointment and by Igor on-site Thorough diagnostics: not only fixed initial problem but checked whole furnace and did other servicing as well Quick work: Igor completed the repair quickly and efficiently Extended warranty is a plus. I will definitely keep JPS on file for future furnace and air conditioning needs.

Motor on garage door opener not working. Upon browsing the many companies offering this type of repair, I selected Precision as they mentioned a couple of applicable discounts. When I contacted them (during regular business hours) they booked an appointment within 4 hours which was good customer service. Upon arrival the technician advised that a complete replacement of the garage door opener was required and quoted a price. When the discounts were mentioned to him he stated,"Oh I don't know anything about that," which was the first red flag. Installation was quick and he did give a discount. Following payment, he promised to email the receipt. This did not arrive. After waiting and then 4 phone calls and 1 email on the following consecutive days the receipt finally arrived 5 days later so that I could submit the information for the warranty. My husband was disappointed that the technician did not install a light bulb in the opener (not a big deal- however, there was a working bulb in the opener he removed and took away which could have been used). The product seems to be okay but time will tell on that. All in all, there are many similar companies in Calgary so I would choose another one next time and will not recommend this company to anyone.

Hardings Cleaning has consistently provided outstanding service and results in cleaning my home on a regular basis. The cleaning is very thorough. Harding's has recently added carpet cleaning to their service offerings which is very convenient - being completed at the same time as the home cleaning and the results have been great as well. I highly recommend Judith Virag and her staff.

Peter did an efficient job in estimating and the price point was good for the work requested. The painters were fast and gave great results including job site cleanup that was beyond expectations. Additionally, they were all personable tradesmen to have in our home.

Jeff is always responsive to requests for pond maintenance and has done a great job of winterizing the pond to ensure it keeps its integrity for the spring startup again.

Great service - Hometurf came as planned and applied appropriate fertilizer as per package purchased. Results were good throughout the season. Apply-er took care to not get fertilizer in the fish pond.

Peter was extremely professional in doing the estimate and provided Excellent customer service - very willing to meet my schedule for getting the work done. The painter (Tony) did excellent work with virtually no mistakes. He worked quickly and kept me continually apprised of the progress and the next steps. Great clean-up at the conclusion of the work.

All Floors' project manager, Rachel, provides excellent service and coordination of renovation projects. This time, it was remove carpeting and install hardwood to match existing in dining room and stairs including custom making the bottom stair. It turned out great! Also, new carpet for LR - Rachel is very adept at understanding my style and recommended appropriate carpet choices. The project was finished within the estimated time and within the quoted amount

Our water feaure (series of falls and pond) installed about 5 years ago needed attention in restructuring the falls, lighting, and filtering. Jeff has provided prompt, thorough service - installed a new type of filter which has worked very well and without chemical additions to the water, and continues to respond to provide maintenance on a regular schedule.

Great service by Peter who responded immediately to request for quote. Excellent quality work by Luis on the cabinets and Jack on the walls and baseboards. Completed within a very short timeframe (4 days) and very few deficiencies which were corrected in a timely fashion as well.

We did comparison shopping and found that the Granite Guys were comparable in price but definitely superior in customer service. From our first discussion with Walt we were sold on that aspect, and it continued with great customer interface through Sandra in the booking, Terry in the removal, and Josh and Juan Carlos in the installation. We're really pleased with the final product, both in the appearance and in the quality of workmanship. Every aspect of the project kept disruption to a minimum, with the crews cleaning up after themselves and we were especially pleased with the speed at which the project moved along.
