Jeff is always responsive to requests for pond maintenance and has done a great job of winterizing the pond to ensure it keeps its integrity for the spring startup again.

Our water feaure (series of falls and pond) installed about 5 years ago needed attention in restructuring the falls, lighting, and filtering. Jeff has provided prompt, thorough service - installed a new type of filter which has worked very well and without chemical additions to the water, and continues to respond to provide maintenance on a regular schedule.

I recently developed a very significant algae problem in the water feature on my property. I became aware of A Tranquil Scape on a visit to the Home and Garden Show and called Jeff soon thereafter. Jeff spent a great deal of time with me to understand my algae issues and then cam out to see it and even took pictures of the algae. He provided me with a couple of solutions and came out to do the necessary work in a very timely fashion. Jeff installed a copper ionizer and made a follow up visit to ensure that all was working properly. He was very flexible in when he could come out because of difficulties with my schedule and punctual when he did arrive. The work was done quickly and efficiently with no mess left over when he was done. When I experienced difficulties with the ionizer, Jeff made several return visits and followed up with the manufacturer. When it was determined that the ionizer was faulty, he dealt with the manufacturer and replaced the unit with a new one. Overall, my experiences with A Tranquil Scape have been very positive and I have found the prices charged to be very reasonable.
