Dave installed a small railing and several other small jobs on August 4th. I liked Dave's approach to each task and and happy to recommend him. I plan to schedule two other bigger jobs with Dave.
I am very satisfied with the instalation and the cost was competitive . I keep my room temperature high resulting very dry air . Since the humidifier was installed I feel a lot more comfortable and my breathing is greatly improved. Dry mouth and eyes eliminated. The installer arrived on time he was pleasant eficient and was very careful not to leave any mess. I am happy to recommend High Efficiency Cooling & Heating.

Replace 3 flat roofs and remove 2 decks
Quality First Roofing removed 2 decks on the 2nd and 3rd floor and replaced 3 flat roofs at the rear of the house. The shingled peaked roof at the front passed inspection and did not require replacing . A hole by rodents was repaired. They arrived at 7.30 on May 10 2021 and completed the work the next day. My home is a 3 storey Victorian row house with no access from the rear to the street. All the scrapped decks were removed through the first-floor interior. Lots of photos were provided during construction. I am delighted with the whole operation. Michael and his crew demonstrated a real pride in their work and it shows they also had the equipment needed to lift the material to the 2nd and 3rd floors. No surprise costs, the bill was same quoted. The the crew had a friendly way and answered all my question . They were careful with my things and did not dammage any of my stuff. I am revising my posting Monday August 14 2017. Later Monday a manager came to my residence and apologized i believe sincerely fore the difficulty I had experienced and fixed the problem to my satisfaction and assured me that I can call him directly if I have any problems. All is well that ends well.

My contact was Mr Oleg. He was helpful in choosing the furnace model . No pressure and price was very competive. The installers were effecient and knowledgeable and happy to answer my questions about how the efficiency blower operated . The office staff walked my through applying on line for a government rebate available on my furnace model. I have recommended Air Point to my neighboer. I am very happy with installation by Fudeli 945 Middlefield Rd work completed November 12004. I am now not able to find them for additional work. Can anyone advise current address and phone number.
I am more than pleased with Sobol Inc. I chose Sobol after noticing the work they did on a Victorian home on Grant St a few doors from me in the Queen St East / Broadview neighboerhood area. I also visited a house where they were installing all the windows. Because it was under renovation and unoccupied I was allowed to enter and talk to the installers and was shown different options and how they compared. I was impressed My windows on the 2nd floor of my Victorian home at 59 Grant St were installed yesterday. Workers arrived on time and did a beautiful installation and left the place spotless. Because theirs was the lowest quote I spent extra checking references since I was not just looking for the lowest bid. The men I dealt with are gentlemen and I am happy to recommend them .
