I hired Spring City Window Cleaning to clean my outside windows which hadn't been professionally cleaned in a long time. My husband removed most of the screens. but for some the rusty screws made it very difficult. so he left those for Sergey to deal with. Sergey & his wife, Anya, arrived wearing masks & proceeded to do an excellent job. Sergey came inside to remove the difficult screws & actually cleaned the inside of those windows for no extra charge. In all, they did an excellent job in record time. I highly recommend them & give them an excellent rating.

Two years ago my husband & I decided we would like to have a gas fireplace installed in our basement. We encountered Cozy Comfort Plus at the CNE & liked their products. We took some brochures home, looked through them & decided to give them a call. We were offered a 10% discount based on our visit to their booth at the CNE. Within a few weeks we had chosen the fireplace & stonework we wanted & the installation was completed by the end of that month. We decided later to install a fan to circulate the heat more efficiently. In both cases the installers were efficient and cleaned up any mess. This year we were contacted by Cozy Comfort Plus for an annual inspection and cleaning. Once again, we were given a discount & the work was completed quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with our fireplace and we have had many compliments from family and friends who have visited . It has certainly added to the value and attractiveness of our home. I would not hesitate to recommend Cozy Comfort Plus to anyone who is thinking of installing a gas fireplace in their home.

This is my first year as a Hometurf customer. The company I was with before charged a reasonable price at first & then kept recommending extra treatments that they said were necessary, but ended up almost doubling the initial cost. So far, I am very happy with the service I am getting from Hometurf

My house, a raised bungalow built in the 1970's developed a crack in the foundation due to water damage. There was some evidence of concrete crumbling at the base of one inside wall in the garage. GMC Contracting was recommended by my husband, who works for an engineering consulting company that had hired GMC in the past. Gino came to my home, assessed the situation, gave me a quote, and completed the work within a week, as promised. They even moved my prized peonies and safely replanted them in my back garden before starting the job. Gino's team was professional and efficient and did an excellent clean-up on completion. I would not hesitate to recommend GMC Contracting to my friends and family.
Two weeks before we were to go on vacation in February, I called Reliance Home Comfort for an annual furnace cleaning. My furnace was 11 years old & I had purchased it on a Lease-to-Own program. When the lease was up I hired Reliance for servicing. I had never been told that the furnace was unsafe, but this time the technician red-tagged my furnace saying one of the pipes was not insulated & was too close to the wall. I called an HVac supplier but was told that only licensed HVac technicians could make purchases. Nimish happened to be in the store & took the call. He came to our house & walked us through a inexpensive solution. We made an alcove in the wall to enlarge the distance between the pipe & the wall & the red tag was removed in time for our vacation. On another occasion Nimish discovered that Enbridge had shut off our gas while moving our neighbour's gas meter & had not turned it back on as promised. Nimish fixed the problem & relit the pilot light on our hot water heater. He did not charge us for either of these house calls. Next year I will need a new furnace & Nimish will certainly be my first call

We discovered Cozy Comfort Plus at the Toronto CNE in August, 2015. since we had always wanted to install a gas fireplace, we contacted them in September. We went to their showroom & spoke to Brian in the sales dept. We chose the stonework we wanted, paid a deposit & waited for installation. Not long afterwards installation began & was finished within approximately a month. Overall, we have been happy with the fireplace. However, I would have liked to have known that to add a fan (which we have since done) we needed to have an extra connection installed. My husband was able to do it, but he had to cut a hole in the wall, fish the line through & then repair & repaint the wall. Also, we had issues with the remote not working (batteries were dying in the wall receptor due to the cold from the outside.) This has been remedied & the remote has been replaced. Now, we are enjoying the fireplace. I would just like to have been informed about possible issues at the time of installation.
