I purchased a Groupon coupon to get my windows cleaned last summer. It took about a month to get an appointment scheduled and I paid an extra $30 to get the work done as the company stated my coupon did not cover all of the work. there were plenty of exclusions like basement windows and all the doors. When the work was done, they came and went and missed an entire side of the house. I asked them to come back and do what I paid for and I am still waiting (it's been 7 months).

Needed a furnace cleaning and got a call from Bosco who had done the AC tune up in the summer. I was offfered a great price for the furnace service. Technician was prompt and courteous. Did a great job. He noticed that my hunidifier was still set for summer. Thanks!

I brought these guys in a few years back because they are listed on Mike Holmes site as reliable duct cleaners. I paid a fortune because I thought they were professionals since Holmes listed them. 2 years later I had to get it done again because my filters were dirty and neeeded to be replaced every couple of months. When another company came in this week, they showed me that my return ducts were filthy and NEVER cleaned. i.e. since no access holes were cut in the return ducts, how could they have been cleaned? I would NOT recommend OPADC. I am out close to $500 with little to show for it. There are better companies listed on Homestars that you should use. What does Holmes always say, "Do it right the first time"? Not these guys.

I had my ducts cleaned 2 years ago by a company that was "approved" by Mike Holmes. I thought I was getting a good job until I kept having to change my expensive filter every few months. I called Dave's in and they showed me how my return ducts were never touched! Dave's showed my photos and explained exactly what they were going to do. They took their time to ensure a proper job and cleaned up afterwards. Now I am confident that ALL my ducts are cleaned. Beware of any of the professionals that advertise a whole house cleaning for $99 in 30 minutes. It can't be done in 30 min. Call Dave's Duct Cleaning! Maybe they need a better name (: but you will NOT regret calling them! Thanks, Julius and Shane!
