great experience from start to finish. customer service was excellent and communication was great throughout the entire process. the tech came out to diagnose our faulty a/c and laid out exactly what was wrong and what it would cost to fix. he didn't push us to buy a new a/c although it was clear that was the most sensible thing to do. we decided to get a new lennox unit from spring and the sales process and installation were quick and painless. the installation techs were pleasant, fast, and very considerate of the fact that we had a one-year-old sleeping at the time of installation. spring took care of all the rebates so we received $400 back as well! it's been about a month and the machine works great and we have no complaints. would highly recommend.

I am utterly impressed by the professionalism and excellent work Shane and his crew displayed at my property. Shane and crew arrived on time and were extremely friendly and efficient workers, and dug every hole to the required depth and in the exact marked location - even when they hit some stump trouble. Post digging/setting may seem like a DIY project, but after seeing the ease and speed it can be done with the proper machinery, I will call Shane for every deck footing/post setting job in the future. Was just a great experience for a great price.

We just completed our THIRD move with TPMS. Marian and his crew are simply amazing. They show up on time, with all the required materials and carry out the job to perfection and with a smile. They took great care with our belongings, managed the storage for us, and their pricing is completely transparent - no hidden costs. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone. Friendly, professional service at the right price. They even helped take the wheels off our fridge (no easy task!) so that it would fit in our new home.
