Shingles were not properly done first time around, but they promptly sent someone to fix all the problems and resolved the issue. They had also not cleaned first time around, but the owner was extremely polite and sent someone around to do this properly.

We bought a sofa and loveseat from Bad Boys (1119 Kennedy Road), and chose to pay in advance. They told us the items were in stock, then they called to say the loveseat was not available until the following month, but that the sofa would be delivered. Then they called on the sofa delivery date to say that the sofa was not available either and postponed that delivery as well. We have checked about cancelling our order but the manager refused to do this, saying "All Sales are Final". How can this store be allowed to sell an item, charge for it, and neither deliver it on time, nor allow cancellations if they cannot deliver? How can this be legal? Can we approach the consumer protection agency?
