Work was not good first time around, but they promptly sent someone to fix the problems and resolved the issue. They had also not cleaned first time around, but the owner was very polite and sent someone around to do this properly.

Roofer sub-contracted it out to cheap labor, they did a very bad job with the roof shingles (uneven in places) and cleaning (eavestrough full of dirt, shingle pieces all over the backyard lawn). When we complained, the next day they sent again a cheap labor guy to clean who did a very bad job. Finally, we withheld partial payment till they sent their maintenance guy to fix all problems and reshingled parts of the roof. Avoid this company, more expensive by $1500 compared with what our neighbors got. Also, the salesperson will promise various things and the person who comes to do the work will do a totally different quality of job using cheap labor who will do a rushed job. We just hope that the roof stays ok and that they respond properly to any warranty claims should any problems arise.
