If you to deal with an honest man its Steve from Fortress Windows and doors. I have known him for over 18 years and wanted a kitchen window replaced. He came on the appointment day and told my that my windows were still in excellent condition and the window I wanted replaced need not be. He showed me that all was fine with it. Thank you Steve for your honesty and saving me a couple of thousand dollars.

Hello Zahir and thank you for your review. We run our business with three words that will always help us do the right thing ... Quality Integrity Value. Your wife complained that she could only open the window slightly and when I looked at it I knew exactly why. You have double sliders and the "night safety latch" was engaged at the top so the window would only open a few inches. When I disengaged the safety lock, the window would fully open and the problem was solved. Some might think I wasted my time going to your home today, but I would disagree! What happened today shows why we have been rated #1 in Toronto for 9 years in a row, it's called Integrity = doing what's right. Will you always remember this experience? I believe you will. Would you recommend us without hesitation to your friends and family? I believe you will ... and I believe that the "good will" I shared with you today, will come back to our company many times over. You see, business isn't ALWAYS about making money, it's about treating our brothers and sisters with kindness, honesty and integrity!

I met Hicham early this year for a new garage door and installation of the opener. I was very impressed with his suggestions re the color of the door and where the windows would look good and also his honesty. I gave him the contract and when the door was ready he called me and we arranged a date. He came on time on the scheduled date with Tulio his employee and the job was done in a few hours. I am very happy with the door and also with the service that was provided. I will recommend Hicham to my friends in future. Thank you Hicham.
