If you to deal with an honest man its Steve from Fortress Windows and doors. I have known him for over 18 years and wanted a kitchen window replaced. He came on the appointment day and told my that my windows were still in excellent condition and the window I wanted replaced need not be. He showed me that all was fine with it.

Your wife complained that she could only open the window slightly and when I looked at it I knew exactly why. You have double sliders and the "night safety latch" was engaged at the top so the window would only open a few inches. When I disengaged the safety lock, the window would fully open and the problem was solved. Some might think I wasted my time going to your home today, but I would disagree!
