We took down a wall and needed some ductwork relocated. Dave and his team were excellent and followed through as needed. Great job all around and would highly recommend!

Company was very thorough from booking of appointment to technician showing up as indicated. Technician- Tony- was professional and exceptionally knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue with my Bosch microwave and proceeded to fix it. Based on my first time using this company I would absolutely use them again for future appliance repairs.

Despite the many questions I had and multiple back and forth, Alex at New Look was diligent and quick in replying to all of my inquiries. The same follow up and terrific service was provided once we finalized our decision to work with them. They were on time and did a perfect job of installation. Would highly recommend!
