Salesman Melvin was excellent. We went in knowing what range we wanted to buy and he answered all our questions honestly. He did not pressure us in any way. Picking up the range hood from their warehouse was also a good experience. The delivery of the range was very professional. The delivery people took great care to not even touch the door frame when getting the range in the house. We are very impressed with the whole CAS experience from start to end.

Serge and his brothers installed our sprinkler system a few years ago. The installation was done in the fall. Serge told us that although the grass looks a little messy now, it will look great next spring. He was absolutely right. But the installation isn't the best thing about this company. Their outstanding customer service is what I love the most about CaliGreen. Serge calls in the spring to open up the system. He checks the heads, realigns them and sets the timer. In the fall Serge calls to close down the system. We never have to worry about the sprinkler system at all. Serge takes care of everything. CaliGreen's customer service is exceptional. Thank you. We had our upstairs windows replaced last year and just finished having our downstairs windows and patio door replaced last week. From start to finish dealing with Casa Bella Windows was a pleasure. The sales rep Dan was patient and truly understanding when we kept asking for estimates for different styles of windows. The installers Billy, Donny, Andrew and Jeff are exceptional. They built a beautiful box trim for our main bathroom windows as they felt that the regular trim wouldn't look good as the windows are too close together. They also built a decorative trim and ledge for the fireplace window that looks great. We highly recommend Casa Bella Windows for their excellent customer service and products.

First of all I should let you know that I am not a person who is easily impressed. But Patterned Concrete Mississauga truly impressed me. Right from the start I was impressed with Tom who took the time to explain all about concrete. He explained what the problems are with concrete and how Patterned Concrete's process is better at dealing with these problems. I was even more impressed with the workers. Tom had explained how Patterned Concrete has crews that are experts at what they do (the excavators only excavate, etc.). The foreman of the excavation crew recommended that the one tonne rock that we were getting be placed in a different spot than on the design because it would look better there and not obstruct your view of the stairs. He was right. I also could not believe how everyone from Patterned Concrete who came to our house truly enjoyed what they were doing and all worked together as a team. They were professional in every aspect of what they did. We are totally happy with the whole job (the design of the whole job has made our house look bigger than it did before) and our neighbours have even complimented us on how beautiful our house looks. Our neighbours even mentioned how impressed they were with how Patterned Concrete even cleaned the road around our property and power washed our next door neighbours house from all the powder. I would also like to mention how impressed I was with the design of the whole job. We had asked for a pathway to the road so that people coming to our house would not have to walk around our cars, and a driveway that would fit another car. Yosef promised us a design that would accomplish this and that would look better than what we had originally envisioned. He was absolutely right! Even now, when I pull up to our house I am amazed at how beautiful our house looks. When I show people the before and after pictures, even they can't believe how great our house looks. I would definitely recommend Patterned Concrete Mississauga to anyone looking to improve the outside of their house. And to anyone out there trying to decide what to do with the outside of your house...talk to Patterned Concrete....and trust them!
