I paid $315 for the first call to tell me I needed a new timer and knob. The dryer is only 2 years old so I called GE and they agreed to supply the 2 parts for no cost. Good thing because these guys quoted me $490 for the parts. I received the parts and scheduled an appointment to install them. Then they tell me I also have to pay an installation fee - $80 show up fee then $30/10min for installation! I was angry but scheduled anyway. They called 15 min. after the scheduled appointment time and cancelled. 12 days later and the dryer is still not fixed. Very shady pricing, they are not upfront with the costs. STAY AWAY! BEWARE - aka Appliance Repair Team. 2 websites, different phone numbers, same company.

Polanski Moving moved my business. They were prepared and professional. They arrived on time and worked very hard. It was a difficult load out and load in, but they handled it very well. I would highly recommend this company for commercial moving. Thanks Tom!

Excellent service from Mr. Rooter and especially Brian M. He arrived on time to provide the quote. He came the very next day and did the installation. It was a difficult job as I live in a 3 storey townhouse and the hot water heater is on the top floor. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgable. Rick did a great job repairing my Kitchenaid bottom mount freezer. He was referred by another homestars company that were too busy. I described the problem on the phone and gave him the model #. Rick came the next day, on time and came with the correct part to fix the problem! It was a big job, done well at a reasonable price. A few days later my Kenmore washing machine stopped working. So I called Rick, and again he came quickly and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. Thank you Rick! He's very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would recommend him.
