I deeply regret not reading the reviews before calling Appliance Repair Team. My experience mirrors so many others who have unfortunately fallen victim to this money-grabbing "service."
It was evident from the start that they were more interested in draining my wallet than actually fixing my appliance (I made a mistake trusting these guys rather than my gut). I paid $800 for a motor repair that did nothing to resolve the issue with my Bosch dishwasher. Then, they twisted my arm into spending another $750 to repair the main board, and when that didn't work, they quoted me an additional $800 for a circulation pump (I said no to this). After all this, the machine still shows an E-25 error and shuts off, leaving me exactly where I startedexcept with a much lighter wallet. I could have flushed over $1,500 down the drain.
During one of his visits, the technician bent the access panel. I asked him to unbend it and place it back underneath the kitchen panel as it was. He claimed he did, but instead, he just took it with him. He also shoved the machine back into the space so carelessly that he torn/bent the insulation and pinched the wires. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe it.
This is not a repair service; its a blatant cash grab. Their "solution" to every problem is to recommend yet another costly repair, with outrageous markups on parts, all while providing no guarantee that it will actually fix anything. If youre looking for a competent and honest repair company, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. I wish I had.
They already have an 750 complaints at BBB. Surprised they arent shut off yet. Placing a complaint there as well.
