Amazing people to deal with! I have an annual maintenance service from enbridge and was not expecting anything to come out but Green & Spotless proved me wrong. As soon as they lifted up the cover from the high-efficiency furnace, I told them not to worry since I just had enbridge serviced it for an annual maintenance, they said let us still double check and as soon as the lifted up the panel, there was another panel that that shields the main blower which was filthy of years dust. The ducts were filty as well, cannot believe it how much dust it accumulates. I will definitely have them back in 3 years time. The technicians were very friendly and did take the time to explain what they are going to do and used all precautions to protect the floors and corners of the walls. The dryer vent was also taken care. I would definitely recommend their services to friends and family members. Thank you guy for the prompt service!

Paying $40 some a month for AC, Heat and plumbing is no brainer. Had to call them few times for emergency services and I was extremly happy with their approach. Would definately recomend their maintenence services.

Excellent people to deal with. Had a though time to find and work with some other landscaping companies. Micheal is very friendly and extremely hardworking with reasonable prices. I own a town house... The only access to the backyard is thru the living room and kitchen. No one was interested to carry 400 sq ft of patio slabs thru this path. (Plus the gravel, dirt etc...) but Michael made it happen! We have also had a make over with our front yard as well and it looks much more better and cleaner now. Thank you

This is the 3rd time I used the service. 2 Annual maintenance and one repair. The blower failed around 4 pm. Called them immediately. Around 9:30 pm a technician came in and fixed it temporarily. Next day new part came in installation was done. No brainer for purchasing the annual maintenance fee for the furnace.

Cold and noise was a huge problem in our basement. So we decided to do it right. I was concerned with the amount of fumes and noise that this process will bring but they had all their gears to prevent the fume from settling into our house. Everything run thru their truck and it was not louder than duct cleaning. I am very happy with the result. Heat and sound insulation is just amazing. Very happy with the outcome.

Hard to believe that such an home inspector even exists. Fully equipped and very detail oriented. I am pretty sure that Steve is one of a kind home inspector. I used him for a property that we planned to purchase in Mississauga. I'll also use him again for the TARION year end inspection.

Just purchased our new home from a top builder which has one of the best reputations in the market and never thought that they could have missed something... I asked my neighbors who had their closing date earlier than our if they had experienced any issues, all of them where quite happy and indicated that they didn’t bother their self with a home inspector and even the 30 day warranty form. They had some minor paint, scratches and caulking issues which were immediately addressed by the builder. I didn’t want to take a chance and decided to hire Brent. Brent came full equipped. He took his time inside and outside. Spotted loose shingles, unsealed windows, unsealed piping, a leak in a very hidden corner in the basement and here comes the worse part… more than 10 spots approx 2” x 2” diameter mould buried inside the insulation and covered either by coincident or purposely with the overlapping plastic and sealant tape. So I was right again… Hire a professional, let them do their job. Thank you Brent!
