I contacted Jack of all Trees in December for removing dead branches from a Norway Maple. Jack responded to the request and I sent some pictures. He came and viewed the work and provided a quote. He continued to follow up (pleasantly persistent) about when I would like the job done! The work was scheduled and completed as agreed and on time during a cold January day. Jack and his crew were pleasant, did a good job, left a clean work site and invoiced as agreed. I recommend Jack of all Trees.

Darrell responded to my HomeStars service request promptly regarding rats on my property. We exchanged a couple of emails to confirm details and he arrived as per the agreed time. He is knowledgeable and was specific as to the services he would provide, the cost, the expected results and follow up.

Bensimon did an excellent work and Moise is a master carpenter. We are really pleased with the quality of the work, the installation and the lacquer finish. Cara kept us well informed about the completion and installation dates. I highly recommend Bensimon and will use them again.

From the time I entered my request in HomeStars until the work was completed was a week. Three companies replied to my request but Dan was the only one who answered all my questions and gave a firm date / time and showed up to review the required work! Good quality work. My only suggestion is to confirm the cost estimate. I would use Dan's Home Improvements again.

I had a Veissman high efficiency boiler furnace installed in August 2017. For the first week we had little hot water as the hot / cold pipes were reversed. It took three visits and a consultation w Veissmann to determine the error. it was only discovered when a tech mentioned the same issue had occurred the week before with a similar furnace. This is basic installation 101 and should not have occurred. We also had some other minor issues that took a while to correct due to my persistence. Overall a good company but I feel quality has slipped over the last few years. Overall techs are polite and knowledgeable. For the most part they know their business and especially David G, the owner.

Removed old dishwasher which had been incorrectly installed by another company. Installed, balanced and tested new Bosch dishwasher which included installing braided fill line and re connecting electrical. Modern Appliance does great work and appointments are usually scheduled in two days or less.

We have used Weed Man Toronto for a number of years for fertilizing, Insect / grub control and aeration. The service is prompt, friendly and good follow up. I would recommend.

Brian performed an interior renovation plus extension on our home, which entailed a full basement reno plus two floor extension. I found him to be responsive, attentive to detail, and a very good worker who was willing to listen to what the client wants. He runs on schedule with no delays or problems whatsoever and makes what can be a stressful experience run smoothly. We never had to wait for him, he was always ready to go and informative about what the next steps entail to get the job done.
