I used them for 1 year only, service was okay, then I moved into a condo. I specifically called and emailed them and told them I would not be renewing for the next year.
Ever since, they are constantly calling or leave messages that go straight to voice mail. I have just called in to them for about the 5th time and asked for my number to be deleted. I spoke to Victoria who was very nice on the phone and assured me my account was now deleted - we'll see!!!!!

I cant believe Im wasting my time doing this but Im doing a disservice to everyone that is thinking of hiring this company. Lets start from the beginning. After the first application my lawn was completely burnt. Brown and yellow patches all over the lawn. Not to mention they decided no to spray the other half of my lawn in which they charged me for. I called them to rectify this problem and they said they would be back to fertilize and seed(at the beginning of the season). They made a few trips back and forth and were unable to fix the damage that they have done. I told the technician to leave the lawn alone and to discontinue anymore work being done on the lawn from them. Fast forward a month. I received a phone call from a weed man asking me to update my card information, which again I told them I was no longer using this service. Fast forward another month I see a sign on my lawn which says the lawn has been treated again with fertilizer which they tried to bill me for. I contacted weed man and was answered by this rude supervisor (Bradford location) that was rushing me off the phone saying my service was never cancelled. Once again they showed up and put soil down on my lawn with seed and fertilizer which again they tried charging me for. My first in-counter with then started in June. We are now in sept and Im left a lawn that looks 100x worse than it started, weeds have over taken the side of my house, money paid for a service that has never been done, and we are still dealing with a company that is still unable to take me off file. Please do not use this company. Your lawn will thank me later

Hired the Weed Man last summer. All was great until it wasn't. They burnt my grass with weed killer. Long story short, many, many phone calls and finally a tech came out to confirm that the grass was burnt. They said that they would reseed in October. This happened in July. I told them that it would not work. They came in Oct and laid the smallest amount of topsoil and seeded. What a laugh. Fast forward to 2022 spring. Mt backyard is all mud. Their solution to fix it is to aerate the law an for no charge. OMg, How can you aerate mud lol. NEVER NEVER AGAIN

I hired weed Man to apply weed control on my lawn.
After one weed they applied weed control I noticed that they applied it on my lawn and my vegetable garden and my flowers.
Anywhere weed control has been applied it was burned,grass,my vegetables,and flowers.
Unbelievable they applied weed control on my beautiful vegetable garden and flowers.
When I called them to let them know that everything was burned they denied it and hung up on me.
I never hire weed Man again,never recommend them.
I talked about them to my neighbors and friends they had the same experiences.

I’ve used them for a few years and each year, my lawn has looked worse and worse. I’ve called them about problems that their inspections have not picked up. Almost everything but basic weeds costs extra but even taking care of the weeds took numerous emails and phone calls. Many of the weeds are still there. I, stupidly, recommended them to my neighbour and she agreed that her grass had never looked worse. Yet, they keep contacting us to sell more services. I’m done!

Make lots of promises to get me on board and then excuses when the weeds didn’t go away and try to sell you more services. They are never consistent with what they can do.
Go anywhere else!

Would never go back to these guys. They promise the world up front, then do not deliver. They claimed they would spray at specific times, they never did. Claimed they would do weed pulling, they never did. I doubt they did any of the work they said they would.

Did not renew, will never renew. They continue to come to my door selling me their services (which I promptly close my door on), and they went on a telemarketing campaign from hell that would not stop regardless of my insistence that they never call again. It took roughly 3 months (with 3 CRTC reports) to have them stop.

Buyer beware. You're better off on your own.

Weedman lawncare Toronto location performed a service at my property without my authorization during Covid 19. They sent me an email saying that they had performed the work. I called customer service to let them know that I did not okay this service. They said that I still was getting a bill for $55 (even though on website it says $24) Daniella and Rhonda from customer service said if I didn't pay my invoice they would send to collection agency. Stay away from weedman

This is our second year with the Weedman. Thanks to them our lawn is looking great.
We are so impressed with their customer service and technical experience. We have recommended Weed Man with great results.

During Covid19 they showed up at my house and did a service that I was not aware of nor did they discuss with me and they just sent me an invoice. They claim it’s an ongoing service however in the past they called me and asked for prepayment before starting the service. I feel they took advantage of theCovid19 situation .
