We just done Fence project with Can Do Fence and Deck and I confirm that it is AMAZING Fence contractor! If you are looking for building fence that looks fabulous and holds strong, do not look any further! Despite we were super small project, just one lot to fence out and located far north (Barrie), during all process I felt like I’m dealing with family members who caring about right work to be done. No delays, no surprises. I was bit nervous after in my old house was dealing with terrible fence contractor, but Alon and Sameer answered all my questions (that were tons) and supported during all the process. Emilio and his crew did amazing job and also ensured that there no gaps left under the fence and gates to prevent my small dog to escape. I will update in a year or so how the fence holding, but for now seems amazing. Highly recommended!

We got into No Heat situation in winter evening (5PM) with -20C outdoor. We felt declining temperature at home and noticed that furnace just stopped to work. I was really panicking, with two young kids, evening and -20C outdoor. I called Sam just by finding him over internet - and it was good choice!!!! He came in 1 hour, went back to bring parts and our home was back to normal by 8-9PM. The pricing was reasonable.

Very bad Customer service - huge time to wait for the installer. We have brand new house and Deluxe Alarms are contractors of our builder to install alarm and plate and activate the internet lines inside the house. I notified them a while before closing that we need to schedule the installation a day or so after the closing - they were able to do that only a few weeks after, and were not able to complete the installation (some technical issues). The technician told us that he will organize re-visit, after couple of weeks of silence from them I send an e-mail - and no answer. We now more than month after the closing and alarm still not activated. When I tried to call Customer Support - I got a few times answer - we will just grab your file and call you back - never no one called back. Same happened at least 3 times. E-mails are left without answers - just ignored. It is very very annoying to get any answer. We signed with them as per builder proposal for 3 years service - and I just afraid if we will need again their Service support again during that period - it will just again pain

We looked for the leather sofa almost in every store in our area, and given that we have 2 small kids we needed something durable, cleanable and not so expensive. We almost purchased from other store, but after reading negative reviews decided to make short trip to Bolton to see the Boss leather before making final decision – and we so happy that we did that! We have limited budget and at same time wanted beautiful product – and we got it. The Boss’ staff helped us design exactly what we need and in given budget. The sofa was ready before estimated time and we got it ready in our family room 3 weeks after order! We owning it for about month and kids “examine” its durability every day and it stands perfect. Also our young lady decided that mid-day nap she will take only on that sofa because it is so “comfy” (her words). We are very happy with the product and service!

We took AA Elite Home Inspection for the PDI of brand new house and it was total disappointment. First of all I booked John but a few days before found that John in vacation and someone else (Steve) will perform the PDI and I already did not have time to re-book with other company. The guy who did the PDI was very nice but spoke a lot on the mobile phone during the PDI. We were really relying on the inspection since we are first time buyers and do not have any idea about construction, as result we found that it was total waste of the money. After we took possession was found that air conditioner is not working at all, the builder contractor that came to fix said that the wiring in the controller was connected incorrectly and Air cond never worked. We also found that we do not have air flow almost at all on the second floor, the first floor OK and second does not have. This still pending fix from the builder (for now in the hot days the second flood is extremely hot). I think such major issues have to be discovered by Inspector, we noticed that immediately once tried open air conditioner (ok, it was not working at all), and once fixed the air flow issue was obvious. We asked multiple times if house have any major issues since we have put it in PDI list and were insured that the house just perfect and no issues except some small defects.
