The whole experience was how hiring a contractor should go. Giancarlo promptly returned my initial call, gave a great quote and followed up with a scheduling call when he said he would. His crew showed up on time and made sure I was happy with what was being done. Zero complaints. I will recommend him and his crew to anyone.

Got seven quotes and a lot of sales pitches. M&R gave me information and no hard sell. Quote was slightly above the median. Slight issues with scheduling and billing but nothing more than a minor nuisance. I would recommend and use them again.

Being a new customer to City Gas Company I can only give one review. Chris was the name of the technician...he was absolutely awesome! He was there to do my boiler cleaning & install a Stelrad radiator in my bathroom. The boiler cleaning was straight forward job for him; however, there were a few hiccups along the way with the rad install. All I can say is he WOWED me. He refuse to give up, he was determined, very diligent and got the install completed with a smile on his face. I will surely be calling on City Gas for my home comfort needs when it comes to competence, dedication & reassurance.

Needed some work on my boiler and wanted to try a new company to gain a reference against past work done. Called AFG and had an excellent experience starting with the gentlemen who answered the phone. They worked around my schedule and showed up on time. Rafi patiently answered all my questions and explained everything that was being recommended and why. I will definitely call AFG again if I ever need repairs.

They charge a flat $79 service fee, whether the repair takes 10 mins or 4 hours. Mike was great, no hard sell or scare tactic. He told me what ws wrong, advised me on my options and left the decision up to me. If I ever need a garage guy again, Mike gets the call.
