Started planning with Giancarlo back in 2019 pre pandemic, was very impressed and excited that we may have found someone that could give us an updated look to our homes exterior.
Demo was rough but they got everything out to set up for new porch, walkways and driveway. I was impressed with the work up to this point and overlooked a dirty jobsite and some other collateral damage.
Giancarlo suggested for the driveway that we could getexposed aggregate which we agreed based on the photos.
Everything old was taken out and everything new was poured. Once the forms were off there was the need for a chemical to be sprayed on the driveway to expose the agrigate on the driveway.
Once everything dried thing started to get noticed.
Large section of the corner of the driveway was not done properly and fell out from under the concrete driveway. The acid that made the white boarders had some sort of touch up done leaving rough discolored edging on the new driveway. Pieces of wood from the dirty jobsite were found imbedded in the driveway leaving large craters in the driveway. Discolored stairs to the porch and a few other touchups needed.
Pandemic took place and I had no problem waiting for Giancarlo to send a crew as I understood it was a tough time for all.
After over 1.5 years of Giancarlo promising to send a crew a fix the touchups, we were left with a faded and discolored driveway nothing near what we paid for. The worst part was Giancarlo doing a total 180 from being a nice guy taking advantage of my kindness and has now gone silent.
We were looking forward to leaving good reviews but I have never been disrespected by any company the way Giancarlo and Churchill has done.
Have not and will not recommend this company based on our experiance and the low quality work, based on the lower reviews dont get exposed agreggate as it may be too complicated for them. Stamped you may be ok.
We do hope this serves as a learning experiance for Giancarlo and team so this doesnt happen to others and maybe they can become the company they tell you they are when you first meet them.
All the best, but mark your work on this one as a fail.
Jason.
