I had my 70 year old bathroom renovated. Jerry from home improvement people was amazing. He took great care to make sure each step of the project was done well. He offered us advice that helped bring our bathroom to a great vs just average level. You can tell that he takes great pride in his work as he completed each task to perfection. The work was completed on time and we are extremely satisfied. Thank you!

I hired Riviera Flooring about 3 years ago to re-stain my hardwood floors. The floors were in poor condition and were in desperate need of a new look. Joseph from Riviera came out to our newly purchased home and provided a very competitive quote. He was friendly and nice to deal with. When the work started, we did find that the two gentlemen that came to do the work were a bit hard to communicate with, they were a bit abrasive and due to poor english were hard to understand. Having said that they did do a great job and took great care with our floors. Joseph came out to our house daily to check on the progress, which also reassured us that the work was being done well (this was our first experience with contract work). We ended up with a great job and couldn't be happier with the end result.

I hired White Shark last fall (2014) to clean my eaves. While they did a good job and were professional and polite , I found that they charge more than other companies for the same service provided. For this reason I am giving them an 8 rating and not a 10. thanks for your service.

I hired Straight up Masonry to rebuild my chimney last fall (2015). Tony came out to give me a quote and the price was very competitive and reasonable against other companies that I also considered. Crystal communicated with me every step of the way to let me know how the job would proceed. We were not able to have the rebuild done last fall due to cold weather, however as soon as we had good temperatures this past spring, Crystal e-mailed me promptly and let me know that we would be able to proceed soon. They guys that came out were professional and polite. It took them about a day and a half to complete the job and they were great about not leaving any mess on site. Due to impending rain, they covered the chimney overnight to let it dry and came back the next day to finish the job. I could tell that they took great pride in their work and in the end they did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone needing chimney services.

I hired Antarctic Windows and Eaves to clean my windows and eaves in mid-November. Both gentlemen were very polite and professional. They did an amazing job on my house and I would hire them again without hesitation. Thanks very much!

I hired the Kutting Krew to do our annual fall cleanup (this year and last year). Both times, they came out and efficiently cleaned up our leaved and bagged them and placed them out front for pick up. Their job was thorough and done well. Thanks again for a job well done!

Bonafide Glass was recommend to me via my basement renovation company. Overall I am very happy with the end result and price I paid for their service. However, I did find them very slow to communicate and the installation took quite a bit longer than I expected.

I reviewed several companies for my basement renovation before deciding on the Home Improvement People. My initial contact with Elia (project manager) and continued contact over the duration of the project was always very good. He always answered his phone/e-mail in a timely manner which allowed us to keep the project on tract. As with any project, things come up that you didn't expect, Elia maintained his professionalism and aided us in making the best decisions for our home. Overall we are very happy with the finished basement. In particular some of the trades people deserve a particular commendation; carpenter/hanyman Fabiano; plumber Roman; painter (name not known). These three in particular delivered their services with a high level of professionalism and quality. Our project did take considerably longer than we expected, which is why I cannot give this review a "10" rating. Although the end project was worth the wait, the waiting in between was hard to deal with. Thanks overall for an amazing job!!

HTS did a great job in my yard! They were courteous, efficient and very skilled. Thank you to Dion and his colleague for all their hard work today, my yard looks 100x better! I also want to add that Dion is a great person to work with, he is extremely polite and takes the time to explain the project with a smile and sincerity. He has come back to my area twice after I posted this review to do some pruning on both of my neighbours trees. I hired Pierre from Java Electric to remove knob and tube from my 60 year old home and I could not have asked for a better person or electrician to do the job. He was amazing to deal with, punctual and really took the time to explain things and complete the job to our 100% satisfaction. He is not only a skilled electrician but also a warm and service oriented individual. He was always on time and finished the job on schedule.
