We had a complete blockage in all of our drains and sewage. The tech arrived quickly and managed to get the drains moving. After he left, we found out the sewage had backed up into the basement. We called the tech back and he was there in about an hour and fixed everything. Only thing is that I wondered if he should have checked for that before he left. We were new to issues like this. He wasn't.
