Revolve Furnishings

We bought a very expensive leather couch and within a year one of the seat cushions had completely sunk. We brought it to Revolve's attention almost a year ago and we are still waiting on a resolution. I've asked to have the manager call me and haven't heard a word.. I've asked for the manufacturer name. All I get is a bunch of emails that don't tell me anything.

Bought a leather sectional couch from them back in 2018 and it is still in an amazing condition. The price was also very good for the quality and size. I would definitely recommend this store. They have nice modern furniture, which is not cheap though but sometimes can find a great deal.

Horrible experience with this store.

I ordered custom made furniture in July. 3 months later, I was called by Sam advising the fabric I chose is no longer available for this model. Now I have to wait another 3-4 months to have it with a different fabric.
Some other furniture I ordered was missing in the delivery and Sam pretended I did not buy such furniture, asking me for proof. Not all the time I keep the invoices and had to waste my life by looking for invoices since Sam refused to look in the computer, perhaps banking on the fact not all the clients keep all the invoices.
Also, the same employee, Sam, used deceptive practices to sell me a bed, stating the bed was new from the box and was in the back. He showed me a bed on the show room stating that was a bad bed and my new one won't have defects. When having delivered, I noted he sold me the defective bed. Sam again started more nonsense talks to cover up his dishonest practice.

I feel like being robbed, spending my saving without receiving much, except promises.
Stephanie , who looked in my invoice, started to be rude and defensive with me, no apology. I advised her I would write an online review if she refuses to listen to what I say. her answer was " Thats fine "

There are many stores that sell furniture in Calgary, just save yourselves some peace and go somewhere else.

Great service and selection! I have shopped at both the Calgary and Edmonton locations, all the stores are gorgeous and very well done. The staff are very friendly and professional. I will be shopping here again.

We purchased a couch here for over $2500 Couch came with wrong parts. It has taken over a year to get the correct legs!!!! Once we received the right legs, no actual screws/bolts were given to attach. No effort has ever been shown to make this right. Do yourself a favour and spend your $ elsewhere.

We bought a sofa, it arrived damaged and they will exchange it if we pay $149 to have it picked up... otherwise we must bring to they’re warehouse. What kind of customer service is that?!

Bought a new sofa, coffee table and TV unit! Items look amazing, they weigh really heavy though (really heavy!), but that shows they're made from solid wood, not that MDF crap! Honestly couldn't be happier. Got a great deal on the sofa and the two units in gloss white are awesome!!! My picture below...
So, great pricing for the quality and no issues with the delivery guys. Just great and would certainly recommend them to anyone!!!

We had a great experience shopping at Rrvolve Furnishings. We had great customer service and were very happy with our purchases. We would definitely recommend this store to our family and friends.

Words cannot describe how bad my experience has been since ordering a dining room table and chairs. Every contact has exposed another complete falsehood. Not a concern in the world for inconvenience. Our table/chairs were inbound and then not, over and over again. In order to have someplace to dine at Christmas they sent us a scratched up 5 year old table with paint splattered chairs which they claimed were new. Don't waste your time - buy anyplace other than Revolve.

Absolutely horrible. Don't ever buy anything from them. Bought the sectional from Revolve, arrived with frame issues on each piece. Leather quality is worst than the <$1000 you can get from other cheap furniture store. Wrinkle is so bad that we don't even want to use it. Asked for refund/exchange and got refused and told wrinkling is normal regardless how bad it is. They offered technician to fix the frame, which is 'great' as we paid full price for a refurbished item. Should have spent the $3000 on a vacation instead and used wood bench as our sofa.
